Férias em família bem passadas

Apartamento espaçoso com todas as comodidades para as nossas crianças. Vista desafogada para os jardins super bem tratados, com a possibilidade de abrir as portas de todas as divisões e fazer ligação com a varanda. As inúmeras piscinas do recinto, principalmente das crianças, fantásticas.

Único espaço, dentro do recinto, onde se poderia comer ou simplesmente beber um café com preços exorbitantes (aliás verificou-se estar vazio na maioria dos dias, mesmo com os jogos do europeu a serem transmitidos).

Gorgeous place, shame about the bare minimum provided.

The apartment itself was lovely and spacious (3 bed) and the pools were really nice. The complex has a nice cafe also and was just a 10 min walk from a gorgeous beach

The customer experience ended at the apartment and pool being nice. Literally nothing is provided in the apartment. No bin bags, no washing up liquid or cleaning products not even a sponge to wash up pots/glasses with. As a family who regularly uses air bnbs and rental apartments I found this to be really poor for a holiday let costing over 900euro for a weekend. This also created a lot of waste as we ended up buying big packs of basic essentials that wouldn’t be fully used in our stay and would be disposed of after our stay. As we arrived after 10pm there were also no shops open anywhere locally. So we had no access to purchase any of these items until the next morning. On the last day there was nowhere to store luggage so we had to lug that around with us until our later flight. The check out time is also very early for an apartment - we had to ask for an extension which could only be granted the day before checkout. The apartment complex is gorgeous and really well maintained- we would return but using an Airbnb where it’s more common for hosts to leave basic consumables for convenience and to be more eco friendly. The pool cafe closes fairly early and there aren’t many restaurants close by, so not a lively location.

The apartment listing on booking.com is misleading as the photograph is of an entirely different apartment. We assumed we were booking the apartment shown in the picture, which had decor more to our taste.

we go frequently to Salgados apartments. we love it here. I found staying in the apartment for 7 days with no fresh towed or bed linen meant I had to wash and clean myself. Not what you want to do on a holiday! I was I firmed that cleaners only come n after 7 days. That is strange to me given must proline only stay 7 days.

The apartment is very nice - well equipped, well furnished and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay here again. Comfortable, clean beds. Good location not far from the beach. Very quiet, good wifi and we had everything we needed (although I was prepared because I had seen from other reviews that there were no dishwasher tabs etc so I brought them with me).

When we arrived we had been sent the code to access the apartment. It didn't work and there was zero response to my calls and emails. After about an hour, we found a man who was on the security desk who helped us. Eventually he was able to contact the company and it transpired they had given us the wrong code. They sent the correct code with an apology but I don't don't know what we would have done if we hadn't encountered that very helpful man. There was no cleaning for the duration of our stay but we didn't really mind as we kept it clean ourselves. There were no hooks to hang towels etc and only 2 hangers in the wardrobe.

Good location, close to the conference centre. Accessible through a side gate. Very nice set up, clean appartement and surrounding area incl pools. Close to the beach and nature area so good for walks.

If you´re looking for restaurants, bars, shopping... then you´re a while away. Taxi or hire car can solve this issue.

A great family facility

Very clean and friendly staff good location a bit confusing when first arrived the check in office could be better marked for ease of check in had to go to a few locations before we got thr correct office otherwise could not fault facilities and cleanliness I would stay again

I messaged many times asking management where would I leave my suitcases while apartment ready and they did not offer their office although once I was there, that’s where I left them. Apartment was very outdated, wooden panels ‘70s style, miss matched furniture and no soap or paper napkins in the kitchen; it would have helped to leave it clean. “Beachfront property” as advertised, but no view of the ocean and quite a walk to get to beach.

Clean and spacious apartment on a very nice complex with 7 swimming pools and nice gardens

Really well maintained property and gardens and pools. We also really liked how secure the property is with a security gate and barrier that is manned 24 hours a day The Apartment we stayed in was really clean and well equipped. Great beds and showers. Nice living and space and balcony area. The patio windows all opened up the full length of the balcony to make it lovely and airy with great views.

The only criticism is Some kitchen consumables lacking - no tea towel, no washing up liquid, one pedal bin liner, no dishwasher tablets

Family friendly apts with a lot to offer

I love the location and the facilities on the site, its always maintained in top order and the staff are very pleasant, the pools are well looked after and the food in the pool bar is good.

The cleaning of the Apts needs to be each day as it used to be, even if it was a towel and bin change. The bin in the kitchen area is too small for self catering and the bathrooms need re grouting as the trim in the bath and shower areas was looking old and stained. The bedrooms are a great size but the bed mattress needs to be updated.

Good apartment overall with good location. Maintenance has been failing a bit and not enough kitchen stuff

good apartment with good areas and a good location

AC not working and I’ve seen that others have complained about the same issue in a recent past. When you have a small toddler trying to sleep with very warm nights, this is not a small annoyance. Keys to access the garage from the inside were not working. Kitchen needs some basic things: - kitchen cloths - Oven compatible Pyrex so that you can actually use the oven - Other things like dish washing machine detergent (a couple of pods is enough), manual washing detergent.

Apartment itself is great. Approx. 20 min walk to the beach and 10-15 to a supermarket.

Super late check-in and early check-out. Also we had an issue with the pin to open the door. But we got a help and within 5-10 min were able to get it. Also a bit complicated to find the location, even though we were with a local driver.

Great spot just let down a little by the room servicing and bed comfort

Location as always. We stay here most years its a fantastic resort

Beds in 51b1 are rock hard, very poor sleep The towels had to be requested for change as only 1 towels change per week is not acceptable.
