Appena sufficente

Ottima posizione, centrale per i servizi, ristoranti ecc. Vista spettacolare

Siamo capitati in una camera non ancora ristrutturata e che dire, a parte il letto comodo (anche se ad una piazza e mezzo) e le pulizie sufficenti, lo stato del mobilio era a dir poco fatiscente: armadio sfondato, mobile del bagno completamente corroso dalla salsedine e doccia piena di calcare con la manopola arrugginita che ci si è rotta in mano. Anche se le altre stanze sono in via di ristrutturazione non è accettabile che le altre siano vendute e presentate in quelle condizioni. Altro tasto dolente ma del quale eravamo preparati è il rumore della musica e della gente in strada fino all’alba.

De ser central e pudemos fazer tudo a pé. Da vista da varanda,o mar tem cores maravilhosas. Um hotel simples mais acolhedor,fomos bem recebidos.🥰

Do barulho na madrugada,as pessoas não respeitam. Música muito alta. Mais tem os quartos na parte de trás que devem ser mais sossegados,fiquei de frente para o mar.

MALA EXPERIENCIA

Agua fétida bajaba por las duchas y los lavamanos hotel en construcción no cumplió con las expectativas.

Utilice un vaso con agua caliente de la cafetera este se deformó y el hotel me lo cobro y lo peor de mala manera.

Inaceptable

Visitamos el hotel días previos a la noche de alojamiento y no nos gustó la seguridad, no había nadie en recepción. Finalmente, nos atendió el personal del aseo, nos mostraron las habitaciones y no nos gustó. Por lo que decimos no alojarnos allí. Las fotos en Booking difieren enormente a la realidad. Perdimos el pago realizado.

Amazing location, great hotel, amazing staff.

The location is perfect and right on the beach/boardwalk. The staff was amazing; so helpful and generous. The room were cleaned so well and the AC is really powerful.

The only downside was our shower leaked but was not overly bothersome as we would just hang the bath mat so it could dry a bit.

La ubicación. Y el personal muy agradable y atento cuando tienes algún problema buscan la manera de solucionarlo de inmediato.

El hotel si le prestarán más atención en algunos de talles como mejorar los baños las puertas y los vidrios seguro que sería uno de los mejores hoteles de san Andrés por l ubicación y sobre todo que tiene una vista magnífica, no es un hotel para la gente q no le guste el ruido al estar poco insonorizado se escucha todo . Aparte que justo al frente se pone como un grupo de música y está toda la noche es imposible dormir . Como recomendación para las chicas del aseo sería q tuvieran cuidado cuando ponen los jabones 🧼 sobre todo para aquellos clientes que los utilizan estaban mordidos por ratas 🐀 o algún animal . No da buena impresión cara al hotel .

Estafa en hotel molino del viento

El hotel es bueno pero lo que me hicieron resto muchos puntos en realidad. No sé si algun huésped le pasaría lo mismo que a mí de mandarme a otro hotel sin consultarme Muy fácil para salir del problema mandarme al Alojamiento View Jhony Cay

Quiero comentarles mi mala experiencia el día 18 de octubre visite este hotel para mí alojamiento en San Andrés desafortunadamente al llegar las recepcionistas del lugar me notifican que no puedo acceder a la habitación ya que se encontraba en malas condiciones y no podría habitarla hasta la tercer día (mencionar que pague por tres noches en este hotel) siendo extranjero no me quedo más que aceptar por qué básicamente no tenía otra opción no me hiban a recuperar mi dinero, me enviaron al Alojamiento View Jhony Cay en el cual yo tenía prácticamente el control de este alojamiento ya que no había nadie después de que me entregaron la habitación la recepción sola el hotel solo prácticamente yo y mi esposa, acalro que no es tan malo pero básicamente como todos creo que pagamos por algo que seleccionamos no por algo que ni siquiera era de mi agrado al final se disculparon pero esto fue por qué yo les comenté que no tenían formalidad y no se les veía la intención de una disculpa sincera, lo quisieron compensar con una botella de vino. También estoy seguro que la habitación no estaba en mal estado si no que había personas en ella y pues obviamente prefirieron quedar mal conmigo. La respuesta del dueño por medio de sus intermediarios fue que no iban a reembolsar nada por qué al hotel al que me enviaron era del mismo caso pero? Ese problema era mío? Yo no reserve en ese hotel. Hice mi reporte en booking hice mi reporte al banco ya que me siento estafado engañado con publicidad falsa. Lamentablemente no se puede hacer nada pero al menos dejo mi comentario y llegaré a redes sociales para manifestar mi molestia por este hecho. Creo que deberían quitarlos de booking por qué al no hacerlo se estarían prestando a este tipo de estafa por qué eso es lo que me hicieron me estafaron anexo fotos del Alojamiento View Jhony Cay al cuál me mandaron por dos noches. Al final nunca dió la cara el dueño y se quedaron con mi dinero. Solo recordarles que el karma existe.

location was great, went by foot from the airport to the hotel. The beach at the front is good and it's close to good restaurants

Place is great but noise outside might be a dealbreaker for some

The place was beautiful and next to the beach. The views were great and the bedroom comfortable

Unfortunately for the hotel, there is huge large speakers from business nearby that won’t let you sleep because of the noise. The hotel itself was great and accommodating, but unless you’re planning on partying till 4 am this might not be the unit for you. When I get an ocean view room I hope to hear the ocean to help me sleep, I did not hear the ocean once during the night even though it was a Sunday

Spectacular view right on the beach

The service was friendly and welcoming. The kitten super cute. The view is the best in San Andres. Honestly don't bother staying anywhere else. This place rocks!

It was fine for one night

In front of the beach, the balcony with sea view.

I was expecting the bathroom attached (inside) my bedroom but it was separated even though it was vey closed, was right there next door, and, that when I claimed, they said that we were the only ones are going to be using it, still it wasn’t inside the room as the usual and that kind of disappointed me. Otherwise everything was ok.

Best location, nice big balcony with Seaview

it’s loud during the night (sometimes as long as 4am) and water under shower had bad smell so you had to run water for 2 min to have normal water plus it was cold. I was aware of that so for me not a big deal but for some people it can be bit annoying.

Loud, noisy location despite great beach & sea views - difficult nights sleep

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Good location beside the beach.

Very loud and noisy outside the bedroom with people playing music on the beach and in the shop below, late into the evening, and the room had little soundproofing.

Not very clean, no hot water, bathroom smelt. Beds very uncomfortable. Safe didn’t work and no instructions on how to use it. Very loud at night, seemed there was a party on the street until the early hours

Terrible experience

The staff and location.

When I arrived they hadn't a room to me and sent me to a cheaper hotel for one night and they supposedly to have a room next day. When I came back next day they still haven't a room available and I had to wait three hours in a reception full of mosquitoes. They "solved" my case after I called booking support.

Amazing location

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was really kind and always with a big smile in their faces. The location is excellent, it's just in front of the beach and you can go walking to the airport and to the city shops.

the ac leaked a lot of water on the floor. I found a pool of water in the morning I put the trash can to collect the water dripping from the ac. i informed the receptionist and he offered a mop so u could mopped it myself. i didn’t do it but after on housekeeping mopped it and someone fixed the leaking ac. I guess it was fine expected that receptionist.
