Was a lovely stay thanks

Nice looking house lady was lovely met us at door with baked cookies

Towel where lovely but too new they didn't dry very well kitchen chairs need to be replaced not in best condition

Our stay at The Boathouse

Beautiful older style house in an excellent position.So clean & comfortable with heating in every room.Kitchen is well stocked with all requirements,most comfortable beds you will find anywhere.Greeted on arrival by owner Maya with warm fresh cooked muffins.Reasonable rates for the quality of the accommodation.I recommend this property with genuine pleasure.Already booked for next year's lawn bowls carnival.Thank you Maya & John

quaint cottage , clean and cosy..

quaint little cottage, on the highway a little traffic noise but overall quite comfortable, nice little touches Fresh flowers, muffins and overall a cute cottage.

beds small and very soft , only one queen bed and 4 singles ..ok for 1 night ..

So convenient, great location. Walk to shops, walk to fishing for my son and his friend. Very comfortable and great amenities. And if you are lucky enough that Maya brings you some muffins. They are THE BEST.

Highly recommended! Fantastic stay!!

The location is excellent, very close to the centre, cafes, restaurants and the beach. The house smelled clean, fresh and just welcoming. Every single room is decorated with attention and it has every single comfort. The owners are lovely, the communication has been excellent since the booking and they welcomed us with lots of treats! Despite having a little issue with a few power points when we arrived they made sure we had everything we needed and we were comfortable in the place. The house has private parking, it has a washing machine, a drier and a lovely private back BBQ area. It was a shame we could only spend a couple of days there. Looking forward to going back in the future! Highly recommended!!

Perfect family property.

the property was clean and had everything we could possibly need. the hosts were welcoming and attended to a power trip quickly and with no fuss.

The double bed wasn’t very comfortable and seemed to have been repaired. I think a new one is in order.

Close to the water, there is so many animals to see. Hosts are very friendly and responsive.

The house is very drafty and cold. It's close to the road, so expect some noise.

Charming & Convienent 3 Bedroom Cottage Thanks

Clean, well presented, very convienent location, delicous baked goods were provided by Maya our lovely host.

Traffic noise & shower taps were a fiddly to adjust.

The Boathouse was meticulously clean. It was an old house but renovated and cleanest I have ever stayed in for a rental. I could see that the owners love their business because of the attention to detail in decor and level of cleanliness. The owner put the aircon on for us before arrival, and put the night lights on to ensure we were comfortable, left chocolates and milk in the fridge and brought us warm fresh baked muffins on Australia Day. This was a really sweet gesture, not encountered before. She met us on arrival and was very welcoming. Location was great very central. Dog friendly !!

The Boathouse is on a main road and although it did not bother me at all but my friend who is an extremely light sleeper lost some sleep over it. Two keys could have been provided for a 3 bedroom house to ensure people can come and go as they like. Front vehicular gate should be closed and locked at night. It was a bit on a small side but overall awesome for a short holiday.

Great family break

Location was great. Accommodation had everything you could possibly need. Very clean. Hosts are very friendly. We have 4 boys and were able to ride our bikes everywhere once we were there. Great family location. We will definately be back.

Very thoughtful touches such as the toiletries, chocolates, tea and coffee etc.

found it very hard to control the water temperature in the shower. Traffic noise did make sleeping throught hard despite the very comfortable beds.

A fantastic stay in a great location, with very clean and comfortable amenities and helpful hosts.

A fantastic location, very clean and comfortable accommodation and very friendly hosts. Plenty of provisions, good heating for our winter visit and the ability to do washing was a bonus!

A dryer would have been handy but we understand there is a new one on it's way.
