A safe, clean and well-organized sanctuary in the middle of the city.

I really appreciated the fact that this hostel is located in the middle of the city, but also feels very safe and well organized within the hostel walls. The hostel entrance is monitored by staff on a 24 hour basis. The hostel also provides lockers for guests to use. There are multiple bathrooms. The rooms are cleaned and beds changed on a regular basis. It really feels like a sancuary in the midst of a bustling city. Going forward, I expect that this will be my default option if I am looking for a bed in this location.

One of the best hostels in Brazil.

Probably one of those stays that made me realise that despite of language barriers, goodness is with us all. The owner of the hostel was a lovely man who did all he could to make my two-day stay memorable and comfortable. Facilities were topnotch. The kitchen was of the highest standard. Toilets were always clean. There was a free large towel for every guest! Location was superb. The hostel was more of a boutique hotel than a regular hostel. The best place to stay in Belo Horizonte!

Exceptional

I was alone in the room, which was great! I didn't expect that. The place is well located, close to the central area. The staff is so helpful. The let me work after my check out time, and even gave me free popcorn! Thank you so much!

Friendly and helpful staff in a well-organized and clean setting.

I felt really welcomed at this hostel. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable there. I felt this way on my first visit, and it felt great to return a week later and encounter the same friendly people. The hostel was always clean (though the friends returned with and I made a bit of a mess in the kitchen, the staff immediately helped us clean it up). I will certainly stay there again on my next trip to BH.

Several nice touches, like a bath-towel and mini bar of soap on each bed, distinguish this hostel.

The hostel is spacious and tastefully decorated, with several comfortable living areas for dining or conversing with other guests. Staff was welcoming and attentive. At night, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Security is good, and the place was always impeccably clean and well-organized.

I really have nothing negative to say about my experience. I was pleased that the in-house washing machine allowed me to get my laundry done.

Your search is over - this place is amazing.

Location is great - 10 minutes walk from both the Central Market and JK Bus terminus. Facilities are super clean - the staff mop several times per day. Beds are comfy. The common area gets lots of natural light - it's like being in an open-air co-working space. Staff were very kind - often checking in to see if they could help with anything.

It's a commercial area, so at night it's very quiet. You'd have to go to the neighboring Savassi area for nightclubs and bars.

Excellent

Everything was amazing. It was very clean, very confortable and close to the city center. The people were very nice and always willinbg to help. I would 100% recommend it!

Nice hostel, friendly staff. Definitely recommended.

The beds are comfortable. The hostel is ver clean. The staff are all very friendly. You can use the washing machine to do laundry for no cost. I definitely recommend staying in this hostel.

Great option for city center

Really nice place, staff, owners - all good! Close to the tourist bus dropoff area (jk terminal), couple minutes walking. I showed up at 6am off a night bus, they said no problem. In the fashion district, lots of clothing/fabric shops if ou need something. Owner went above and beyond to create an inviting atmosphere. Not too far walking to most things in the center.

warm welcoming by owner, beautiful hostel, nice terrace, place to wash clothes, nice bathrooms, kitchen and everything is cleaned all the time. location is just 10min from central market, excellent to start exploring bh

Filtered water is provided. Bring your own water bottle so no plastic trash. Brazil and many other countries have no money to handle trash. Plastic Recycling is a lie. A lie by big corporations so consumers will buy more. Google the fact of Plastic Recycling. The best is not using any single plastic items. They clean the place everyday. Big kitchen....great service. Highly recommended

Decent stay

The rooms had lockers and a lot of space to put your bags etc. Towels were included which is always nice. Everything was always very clean.There is an amazing kitchen that you can use. It is close to the bus station which is handy.

I felt a little bit uncomfortable with some of the people staying there, there seemed to be a lot of older single men when I was there. Maybe not the best place if you are an international traveller in terms of socialising etc. The neighbourhood is quite unsafe especially at night.

don’t bother scrolling further, this is the right place

this place is extremely well managed: everybody was super kind, helpful and responsive, everything is super clean and nice. Definitely one of the best hostels I’ve tried in the world.
