Die Location war zwar zentral aber nicht wirklich schön. Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei einzelnen Matratzen, was nicht unbedingt komfortabel war.

Excellent experience

They are very nice in catering our unexpected specific requirements. Always provide timely response with great courtesy and professionalism. The on-site spa provides extensive options. I enjoyed the herbal full body massage and scrub. A complete 2 hours of relaxation and what a marvelous experience. I would definitely recommend their breakfast, Sri Lanka style.

Disappointing stay, despite some staff trying hard to drum up some atmosphere

The room was spacious, and the WiFi fast and reliable. Good water pressure, and lovely fluffy clean towels. The bed was good too, firm. The A/C worked well.

I was not happy with the announced free airport pick up suddenly costing 5 USD plus tax for the sign that said my name at the airport. This hidden price was a sign of things to come. The food at the "SALT" restaurant is bland and expensive. Skip the "restaurant", which is more like a glorified café, but charging high rates, and go exploring instead. I found a typical shrimp curry at a nearby establishment where the serving was double the size, and HALF the price. Also there are about 4 homeless dogs living right on and around the hotel's driveway, and when they fight (which is all night) you won't get much sleep. Their credit card machine doesn't allow payments in any other currency than local, so keep that in mind. Some of the staff are well experienced and try hard, others seem like they are on autopilot. Oh, lastly, the establishment charges 25% above most other restaurants for the exact same Lions beer 625 ml. At the hotel 1100 LKR plus 10% service, elsewhere 750 LKR, all paid. So, bring earplugs (against the dog noise) and eat / drink / dine elsewhere. In fact, just stay elsewhere.

Beautifully clean and walking distance to shops/restaurants. Rooms are really cosy, clean and modern. Great value. The on-site restaurant is top class, a little higher in usual prices but the quality meets it.

Staff were an hour late picking us up from the airport despite confirming times. Thought the charge for a paging fee was unfair considering this. Water and milk in room was not complimentary which is odd - how would you have the compliment tea and coffee without the milk?

Amazing Negombo stay!

A lovely acquainted room with good amenities and a perfect size. Nice to have a stocked minibar as well. The bed was really comfortable, air con was great. In particular, the Sri Lankan breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing and the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. We loved our stay at Terrace Green, it was incredible value for a beautiful setting.

It is a great stay for a hotel in Negombo. I would still comeback and try their services again.

The room was designed for comfort and it was comfy. I had all the facilities to make you feel at home (a mini bar and tea and coffee facilities, eco friendly soaps, personal kits, toothbrush, etc.). The hotel design overall is good. Their restaurant - The Salt Restaurant also serves great food and has friendly waiters checking on you to ensure you are enjoying your meal.

The location was a bit hard to find at first. Not all the lights were working - especially in the bathroom. with the dark colors of tiles and finishes the bathroom is dark at night with only one light out of a couple working. Some lights at the bedroom area were also not working. Hopefully the hotel can improve on this part.

Whole hotel crew were extremely polite and helpful. Food at Salt restaurant was delicious. I went for fish for dinner and sandwich for lunch. fish stake was fingerpicking good!

Outstanding quality of bedroom and bathroom, high quality restaurant on site, and very helpful staff. Reliable wifi and free airport transfer were also appreciated.
