• kein Mülleimer im Zimmer • es gibt keine Sitzmöglichkeiten für 2 Personen außer das Bett • Jacken können nicht aufgegangen werden da weder Haken an der Wand sind, und auch keine Kleiderbügel im Schrank. • Kein Nachttisch für beide - keine Ablage Möglichkeit - Steckdose fehlt am Bett rechts obwohl „Dose“ dafür da ist • Schuppen und Flecken an der Rückwand vom Bett • Dichtgummi der Dusche nicht in Takt , Dusche läuft aus und ist allgemein sehr GAMMELIG • Seifenspender leer • der Halter für den Duschkopf gammelt ebenfalls innen •Silberfische im Bad - dies spricht ja nur für fehlende Hygiene • KEIN PERSONAL DA!!

Es war okay

Die Unterkunft ist modern, es sind Parkplätze vorhanden, warme und kalte Getränke sind vor Ort. Die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich und aufmerksam!

Die Versiegelung in der Dusche ist teilweise verschimmelt, Reinigunsfehler? An den Fliesen, rechts neben der Duschkabine war ein Popel..!

Nie mehr wieder

Zimmer klein aber OK, Parkplatz vorhanden

Statt Frühstück sollte ich ein Lunchpaket bekommen. Kaffee wäre kostenlos. Ich sagte, dass das nicht meiner Erwartung entspricht, v.a. nicht für 20 €. Bekommen habe ich gar nichts, aber der erhöhte Betrag wurde abgebucht. Rechnung kam auch nicht. Morgens war niemand da. Das ist völlig inakzeptabel!

Exklusives Zimmer für 2

Das Zimmer und das Whirlpool waren auserordentlich sauber. Ich habe noch nie so ein sauberes Zimmer gesehen. Der Whirlpool hat viele funktionen.

Keine Beschreibung wie man den Whirlpool bedient oder wo das Licht zum Whirlpool ausgeht.

Zu teuer und in die Jahre gekommen

Ich bin mit meinem Partner anlässlich unseres Jahrestages in dieses Hotel gefahren, wir hatten die Suite. Toll war es schon einen Whirlpool im Zimmer zu haben. Allerdings gab es auch einige Kritikpunkte (s.u.).

Das Hotel ist für den schlechten Service sehr teuer. Die Angestellte an der Rezeption war sehr unseriös. Sie war zwar nett, aber wusste nicht wirklich Bescheid. Im Whirlpool war eine Düse kaputt, was wohl lt. Googlerezension bereits vor 2 Jahren (!) gemeldet worden war. Das Hotel ist außerdem relativ abseits gelegen.

Relaxing and comfortable stay nearby cozy city

Free, safe parking right next to the hotel entrance. Easy check in, friendly staff. Small vending machine with drinks in reception (cash only). Close to city center if you want to explore. Easy access to/from highway. Creative design and interior - hence why we chose this place. Fair priced. Fun room, something out of the ordinary which we really enjoyed. VIP room excellent for couples! VIP room contained hot tub, dealbreaker for us for a relaxing stay (a bit shallow just FYI). We received 2 sets of towels each: very soft and nice! Bed in VIP room was comfy and big! Also comfy bedding and hotel pillows (would maybe add regular pillows for sleeping comfort). There is a tower fan in the room that creates circulation which was nice, please note it is no AC. Note that there is privacy buttons near your room-door. If you turn on the privacy button your room will not be cleaned. For cleaning, turn on the house keeping button. A red/green light will illuminate in front of your door to let the personnel know if you want privacy or cleaning. Room exactly like in pictures! Recommended and will come back if we are around the area again :)

It seems there is a mismatch between the information we received in the booking email and in the app. In the confirmation email it says we did not have breakfast included (no meal plan added), but that we had sparking wine added that would be ready at check in. We did not receive sparkling wine (not important for us as we do not drink it, but some might expect it). In the app - the booking confirmation said we had breakfast included. Some mis-information here that the hotel need to look into so that the guests know what to expect :) The cleaning could have been better (see photos): - We found spider webs and spiders in some corners/ceiling (probably because the window is kept open, naturally bugs will come inside so this is nothing major) - There was dust/webs in lower corners that wasn’t cleaned. - The tower fan was not cleaned, lots of dust in it that could easily be wiped and removed.

Quite OK for a business stay. A simple place to rest my head

My coffee cost 2,50 extra as I started before 6 o'clock. Why? Room was a bit loud due to the street, but I knew that in advance. Not very clean but OK No WiFi code inside the room, I arrived late so I could not ask at the reception.

Not the worst.

Room was very small for the price. It was not terrible but it seemed like a sex hotel or something and it should have been maybe 50€ a night tops.

The place looked really clean and snazzy. It had a cool vibe to it for sure.

Perfect location on this side of Regensberg

Had a perfect single room on the first floor. There was a vending machine with coffee and beverages. Plenty of parking for guests off the main street

I like the Location.

The receptionist didn’t speak English, The bed and room was way too small and uncomfortable. No AC in the room and it was realy warm.

I was scammed.

Nice and clean rooms.

They forced me to pay 4 individual rooms. Even if I booked 2 double rooms for 4 persons. They blame Corona, to stay separate. One person in a room. Even though we work and travel together ....
