Piękny i relaksujący zakątek blisko Warszawy

Piekny, obszerny i wygodny pokój w tzw. pałacu, z oknami na 3 strony świata, bardzo ładne, oryginalne meble, świetnie działająca klimatyzacja w gorący dzień, wspaniała cisza za oknem, szczególnie w nocy, śpiew ptaków, przepiękny park ze starodrzewem i historią, bardzo ładna sala restauracyjna, starannie dobrane składniki na sniadanie i rewelacyjna cześć basenowa z wyjściem bezpośrednio do parku co jest bardzo ciekawym pomysłem. Na pewno na część tych wrażeń wpłynął fakt, że byliśmy z niedzieli na poniedziałek, czyli w najmniej obleganej dobie - na basenie w poniedziałek byliśmy zupełnie sami, co było fenomenalne. Podobnie ta wspaniała cisza - zapewne w soboty wieczorem wyglada to inaczej. Przesympatyczne i piękne konie. I jeszcze ogromny plus dla recepcji. Bardzo przyjaźnie podeszli do prośby o zmianę pokoju na cichszy. Faktycznie, ten, który dostaliśmy był pod tym względem (i wszelkimi innymi) rewelacyjny

Prawie nie ma takich rzeczy. Przeczytawszy inne opinie obawiałam się zmasowanego ataku kiczu, w tym tych licznych płaskorzeźb z piersiami. Nie było tak źle. Jedynie dziwi pomysł z wystawianiem na sprzedaż amatorskich i niestety brzydkich prac przy schodach na pierwszym piętrze. Dziwne, że skoro tak wiele osób z pewnością włożyło tyle pracy i wiedzy w to miejsce, to nikt nie zorientował się że to raczej wstyd coś takiego oferować... Mimo wszystko w kategorii "nowe udaje stare" Pałac Alexandrinum wychodzi zdecydowanie obronną ręką.

Mogę polecić hotel, ale większy urok i atrakcje raczej w lato :)

Wyśmienite śniadania, duża różnorodność jedzenia, park wokół hotelu, cisza i spokój otoczenia

Nieczynne jacuzzi przez dobę( włączono je dopiero, gdy było więcej osób w hotelu i zrobiła się kolejka do jacuzzi), bardzo zimna woda w basenie i brodziku dla dzieci.

Słodko gorzki wypad za miasto

Ładna posiadłość 🙃 ponoć kiedyś dom uciech.

Brak empatii i zasadności biznesowej. Byliśmy z dziećmi i jak to dzieci troszkę się grzebały przy wyjeździe. Za dodatkową godzinę obiekt zarządał … 100% stawki dziennej. Usiadłem.

Nie polecam zwłaszcza entuzjastom basenów.

Ładna okolica choć niewykorzystana w pełni. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, niestety na tym koniec plusów.

Strefa z basenem niezadbana, brudna i wręcz odstraszająca. Woda w basenie zimna, personel nieprzyjemny i jest go zdecydowanie za mało. Oczekiwanie na napoje przy barze to 30min, szlafroki niedosuszone, stęchnięte. Generalnie nie polecilabym tego hotelu znajomym. Dopełnieniem niesmaku jest wymiana pokoju na gorszy standard niż zarezerwowany, w związku z brakiem miejsc.

1. Clean rooms, nice territory, beautiful view. 2. Very good breakfast with various tasty food options.

1. Staff is not speaking english 2. All information about hotel services is in polish 3. Plastic glass in bathroom, very weird for such a nice room. Even though it was very clean, I was suprised housekeeping didn’t attend second day. 4. When we arrived, receptionist just gave us a key telling your room is in another building. That is it. Then I started to ask, how do we get to the spa, where breakfast is, where building is. We could barrly get an answer as nobody speaks english. Finally receptionist guided us to another building and showed us a room. Just imagine, late evening, no lights, noone is explaining us anything. The hotel is anything but welcoming. 5. We left our stuff at room and went to a main building to attend aqua zone. When we asked receptionist (another one) where the spa is, she waved with her hands and turned around, telling something in polish. 6. Staff must speak english, information about hotel in rooms should be in english as well. Otherwise how we as foreign guests will respect hotel rules, terms & conditions if we simply dont understand polish?

Classy architecture, scrumptious food, friendly staff, gorgeous park. our room in the Residence was superb with a stylish decor.

some customers with no manners with unruly dogs staying in the beach house. hopefully a one off incident as these sort of people do not belong to such a classy place.

- Lot of rubbish in the trash of previous guests - Dirty smelly tap water, the smell was like there was a died rat into the water - Dirty carpet - Dirty bed makes us felt too itchy - Broken and unworking air-condition. Cold room. - Photos on their page and on Booking are are beautiful, BUT definitely different in reality. I totally disappointed about the less atmosphere room I received comparing to photos here on Booking.

The sauna was a bit cold, it could be due to somebody had the door open, so I give it top marks, anyways, as I am not sure if it was a real problem.

This amazing hotel could benefit from a bar where it would be easier to order drinks and sit and relax. The restaurant was adjacent to the bar and it was too busy to sit in this area

I kept thinking what was behind the installation of so many strange statues. It was as if a massive collecting had been

close to Warsaw but far enough away. The park outside was nice.

Nice place for a short stay

1) Good location, not far from Warsaw, nice park and nice palace. 2) Good breakfast, we really enjoyed it. We were full almost until the evening. 3) My absolute fave is the bath in the room ❤️ I filled it and stayed there until the full relax.

1) The sink in the bathroom got clogged up fast after opening up the tap. 2) The room could be more clean (esp, the bathroom). 3) During the breakfast there was limited availability where we could sit - the staff didn’t allow us to sit by the window even though all the tables were free and without Reserved table.

room looked like staff room, maybe it was..toilet was dirty, bed too small, curtains not working, swimming pool cold, no clean towels just full of dirty, staff non existent, no internet during day time, just at night and strange stuff everywhere

I liked the room: it was very spacious even if the toilet was small and with little room for your things. I liked the swimming pool: the water was warm and with a lot of toys to play for my son. I liked the garden, it was so beautiful: there was a toy garden and stables with horses, a little lake and a lot of beautiful trees. The staff was really friendly and helpful :)

I didn't like the breakfast: it was not worthy of a 4**** hotel with very average food and no fresh juices to choose from. Also the food of the restaurant was not so great, very little menu, costly and the food was not really tasty. I didn't like the fact that they do the room service only when request (weird!) and nobody has told me that at the beginning of the stay. Also, apparently they also charge for the extra cot for the children, something I have never experience at any other hotels.

Fabulous location and great value for money

Excellent location and very clean and luxurious hotel. The restaurant and breakfast were also very good.

The A/C was running all night long without any way to turn it off from the room and the TV had no power cord.
