A true gem and absolutely worth it.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The property is located in a very quiet part of town yet still close to everything. Small attention to details made the stay very pleasant.

The only thing worth mentioning is the fact the the toilet/bathroom is rather “open” which does feel less private to whoever is sharing with you.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good and quiet location. Antionette was very helpful by providing lights during load shedding as well as the schedule. She also provided bottle water.

Lovely stay overall. We will definitely make use of this accommodation again.

The owners -Valerie and Wilfred - were extremely accommodating and friendly. We couldn't want for anything more ... the place was great. Lavender Room @ Avondrust Guesthouse offered secure parking, cleanliness and a nice and spacy environment. We rested well and was ready for our trip to Knysna the next day.

Well kept, peaceful place to lay down your head after a long journey

It’s a place you can visit. The host and her husband went out of their way to accommodate us because of load shedding. It’s a well kept, clean property and I will highly recommend it to whoever wants to have a sleep over on their way to Eastern Cape.

Everything was perfect.
