噩梦，请慎重选择

一团遭，前台诈骗，酒店住宿好像贫民窟。

1.当我在booking预定3人间后到酒店，前台告诉我没有3人间了，只有3间一人间，价格比三人间贵百分40左右。2.我看了房间后有一个双人间一个单人间就定了2间。3.当我付款后前台告诉我需要把booking的订单退了，不然会收取我双倍费用。4.当我联系booking客服说明原因后，客服与酒店联系后，酒店说有3人间是我不愿意住换成了1个单人间，2个人住单人间，1个人没住，并想要收取我双倍费用。ps：1.酒店洗澡没热水。2.大楼空调外机在窗外整夜响。3.窗户锁不上。4.早餐服务员态度极差。这个酒店是我在整个南美旅游居住最差的没有之一，兼职是噩梦。

Política de mascotas

Umm

Dice que es pet friendly pero no tiene un política de mascotas definida porque cuando reserve no dijeron cuánto iban a cobrar y alla me pidieron 20.000 y cuando vieron a mi perro 30 mil a pesar de que estuve en una habitación donde mi perro ni cabia. El personal de la recepción de esa noche no me dió factura y no le atendió bien respecto a mi mascota no entiendo porque un lugar petfriendly no tiene una política difundida de mascotas. La habitacion era muy pequeña y me cobraron más por tener un perro grande pero no por eso me dieron una habitación más grande.

Lugar muy bonito y cómodo, lo recomendaría al 100%

Toda fue excelente, la atención, la cocina. Comida muy deliciosa.

El aire acondicionado está funcionando mal, creo se está congelando, afortunadamente había un ventilador en la habitación

Estafadores ese hotel y hacen perder credibilidad a booking

Cordial saludo, me permito poner en conocimiento, dado que ese hotel malo, llegue a las 6:30 pm hora de Colombia, el recepcionista me expresa que no tenia reserva , le digo que tengo el numero de reserva y me dice no se eso es culpa de booking, comuniquese con ellos y no me dio habitacion, quede en la calle, que duro me toco, les exijo a ustedes una explicacion y de parte de ustedes a ese hotel Florida sincelejo una sancion ccomercial. Antentamente Felix Olmedo Arango cel 3113272712.

La irresponsabolidad de ese hotel, el abuso y la falta de seriedad, son unos estafadores.

Un buen alojamiento en Sincelejo

Desayuno delicioso, completo y bien servido, disponibilidad de parqueadero muy cerca y seguro. Excelente limpieza. Amabilidad y buena atención del personal.

Para mejorar la relación calidad precio sería conveniente que las habitaciones tuvieran una nevera pequeña con el fin de mantener bebidas frías en la habitación, la temperatura de la ciudad amerita esa comodidad.

I was surprised. Very clean and comfortable. Had a phone to contact the front desk. They brought drinks to the room during the night, so I didn't have to go to the vending machine in the lobby. Breakfast was included. It was decent.

You'll have to take a taxi or moto taxi. It's not within close walking distance of the center or malls.

False advertisement

The room was not what is described on booking.com. there was no balcony, no bar and it was much smaller than described. It is false advertisements and we will make a formal complaint to booking.com.

Superb

Everything was good except a small issue with matress and last day with wifi problem.

Beds were too hard surface for me. Staff help me with an extra top cushion. Also a small trouble with wifi last.day.

Very long 10 days

Facilities were built well and clean. Workers were pleasant and helped when I had a problem.

Not all rooms match what the description on-line said. Hard beds, not all rooms have safes, but was able to move to one that had it. No closets, bedside countertops very loose connection to the wall, And had to help one of the male works lube and realign the balcony slider, it would not shut or lock. And the AC would never reach the set temp, so it run all the time. WIFI was weak and disconnect often. Only cold water. not listed in description.
