I liked everything about the hotel. Very good location. The Stuff were very friendly and helpful.

The food was very good and tasty.

For breakfast they would offer coffe, tea, water and different juices. For dinner they could offer at least a bottle of water.

Çocuklu aileler için mükemmel

Otelin konumu yeri ve arazisi çok güzel. Denizi çok güzel, dalgasız, kumlu uzun plajı var. Otel çok kalabalıkta değildi. Ağırlıklı çocuklu aileler vardı. Huzurluydu Biz Havuzlu premium clup odada kaldık, Oda çok ferah ve temizdi. Odanın havuzu çok güzeldi. Genel havuzlar tuzlu suydu ama biz çok sevdik. Termal ve spa çok güzeldi. Yemekleri lezzetli ve harikaydı. Kahvaltısı lezzetli ve çok çeşitliydi. Dondurmaları harikaydı. Personeli yeterliydi. Pahalı ama hakediyor. Balıklarla yüzmek çok iyi.

Generally good.

The staff was really helpful especially at the italian restaurant Toroneo and the menager of the wine and meat restorant too.The food at those restaurants was great.Also all the boys and girls near the pool and beach very communicative and helpful.The girls at the reception all the staf was great.

Firstly overpriced for the quality of the whole stay.At least water and coffe at the pool should have been cheeper.In the majority of places in greece when you order coffe they provide water for free,there you have to buy water.One day it rained and we asked to use the indoor pool but werent allowed because of our 5 year old girl,although she was secured and accompanied from us,her parents.

Nice spring family break

It is all very big - rooms, pools, hotel area... We liked the pools with warm salty water. The breakfast was superb with some products that I was not expecting, like pollen, or dear meat ... The kids had fun every day around 12 with the water bucket. There were lifeguards all the time around us and the kids.

We found a hair or two on the clean towels and bathrobes. We changed the forks a few times - not clean. Our friends got a welcome gift - macaroons, we did not. There is no place where you can run outside - it is all hilly and the only option is the small beach and the port. We did not figure out how to use the spa - or what can we use in the spa for free. Also, I did not see the menu of the restaurant - not in the app, not in the room?

Very nice place... more beautiful than in the pictures presented

in the resort are 2 beaches; one with general access and the other only for club members access; you couldn't find sunbeds on the general beach because was very crowded and the beach club one was empty; at the members club beach you pay an additional aprox. 200 eur

bad food under a 3-star hotel, bad staff, room ful of worms in the mattress, sink and toilet clogged

The food is horrible, only fast food, I only got seats on the beach lounger 2 days out of 7, the rest were occupied in the sun lounger, he only brings you a burger that you couldn't eat because the meat was so hot. During the 7 days I stayed, he only came to clean once, even when I selected the button to clean the room, he didn't come. I prayed to the women every day work and 4-5 times a day to give me clean towels and shower gel, personally going to them with the towels. The room was full of worms, when I was sleeping I woke up feeling them walking on my face. The boy from at the swimming pool, a skinny guy with braces made my children cry at 19:00 without 5 minutes, speaking badly to them and yelling that he was closing the pool.

Great hotel with a nice beach, friendly staff, varied entertainment program and nice restaurants.

Staff: very friend staff and open staff, who do their best to make your stay enjoyable. At some points, we noticed the staff were clearly understaffed but worked so hard to make everyone happy. Especially the restaurant manager Christos along with others who we haven’t captured the names were super nice. Good job! Clean: good room cleaning, with towels change every day and sheets change every two days. Food: great seafood restaurant near the beach. Great options and tasty menu. Very good sushi bar at the lobby, great selection and very tasty. Meat restaurants was also very good while the Italian could be better. Beach: great beach area, towels were provided during the day, clean water. very proactive staff, who were always asking if we need anything extra and good selection of drinks on the menu. The staff was very quick to bring orders and very friendly.

We were given standard garden view room despite booking a deluxe garden view room. We realised that only after we came back from the vacation. The reception staff were very nice to check us in early (around 12pm) but wish they told us the room is lower class level than we booked. Probably we could have waited for our room to be prepared. Overpriced on some items. For example, you won’t find a bottle of wine cheaper than 40 euros and plus at the beach or catering areas. Spa area is 50 euros pro person. So if you are stuck on a rainy day, there is not much you can do. And this year at this area was raining frequently. Mosquitos everywhere during the night. At the bar, restaurants and in the room. There is no escape from them in this area. Air conditioning in our room was horrible. Made super bad smell, so we ended-up not using it. Thankfully the weather was not too hot. Hotel mobile app was great but it didn’t show open and closing hours of the restaurants. We learned that sushi bar at the lobby is not working on Wednesdays, so ended-up without a reservation. Luckily the meat restaurant still had some open tables. Usually all restaurants are fully booked in the evening, so I would recommend to make reservations in advance. Breakfast is served in one place, which for such as a large hotel can be very busy. Food was fine with large menu selection but it didn’t change during the whole week so you can get easily bored of having the same breakfast.

The manager ruined the hotel for us.

The breakfast was excellent, and the beach is beautiful. Good gym and clean nice rooms.

It feels like they want you to buy things all the vacation. There is a “mirragio club” for some of the nice beach beds that is in additional charge, a photographer that spins around you trying to make you hire him, a very expensive pool bar menu and more. There are mosquitoes everywhere, i got all bitten up, and when i asked the reception if there is something i can use against it, they suggested i would buy it at the hotel pharmacy. The most annoying part was when the “manager of food and beverages” talked to us like we are criminals for drinking some wine we got from a winery at the hotel lobby, thinking we could enjoy the sunset peacefully. He asked us to leave and wouldn’t move from us until we did, making everyone around look at this shameful situation. We asked for a place we can stay with our wine and he said “in your room”. We then told him we think a 5 star hotel should have some other places for us to enjoy the sunset with a glass of our wine and his reply was “don’t teach me about 5 stars hotel”. We left in a shame and it ruined our evening. Stay away if you want to be treated with respect.

Exceptional resort to relax and rejuvinate

Absolutely amazing! The whole staff was always smiling and very friendly. They even upgraded our room for our honeymoon and added in a few extra surprises which made our whole trip even more memorable. Stella was especially welcoming and we hope to come stay again soon!

The food is more expensive than what you get at some of the bars.

Everything about the hotel was superb. The room was clean and quiet with a beautiful view of the complex's garden. They have an age only pool which impressed me. The complex have private beach.
