Quiet, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Disappointed in the breakfast. There were not as many options as our previous stay here and food was not as hot as we like.

A loud noise woke us up every morning at 5:05am. Management didn't know what it was even though they heard it too. Not exactly restful.

Would have loved the hotel but children were left unattended screaming and running the halls.

The location was close to the town center in a quiet business district. The hotel was easy to find. The staff at check-in and check-out were helpful. The parking lot was well cared for and snow was removed.

Children were left unattended in several rooms on the third floor for hours. They ran up and down the halls screaming at each other and playing in and around the ice machine. Staff did nothing to assist.

room was very cold when we arrived. a/c was on in Feb! we were given a 3rd floor room with very few cars in the parking lot

the employees are not helpful at this location. too much air freshener was used. if the rooms are clean, there is no need for air fresheners.

Was a retreat in the middle of nowhere. We welcomed it after a long travel day. Staff was exceptional.

We checked in at 5pm ish. Just got our room cards & left. Came back at 10:30 ish to go to our room. There was someone sleeping in our room with their luggage obviously. Back down to front desk & she offered us a pizza. She found us another room within 15mins. But not what you want to find at 10:30pm with tired kids.
