Good and annoying

Location and view and very comfortable beds and water pressure was amazing

Only given one key which made the stay very inconvenient considering we had 4 people. Couldn’t get back into building or apartment . So made it very difficult and annoying.

Amazing relaxing stay

Ocean view was really superb. Location was good with proximity to beach and shopping complex. Rooms and kitchen were good. Ideal for family stay. Enjoyed the pool.

All was good. There was nothing i did not like.

The location was perfect as it is near to the beach and everything is close to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, but probably wouldn't choose this property again.

Location and View were excellent

Maintenance of the property wasn't as expected. The room was not cleaned well, we had to ask for start up supplies (toilet paper, dishcloth, bin bag, etc). The washing machine didn't work, and when we asked staff for attention to the matter they were quite dismissive. The fly screens were broken allowing insects in resulting in children being bitten by mosquitoes. The room needs some attention for this price point.

I would not stay here again.

The view was awesome, location was awesome.

The Complex and apartment is very very tired and the furniture is very old. I feel it is very expensive because it lacked being modern. Plus No aircon in bedrooms, so had to move mattress into living area as it was very hot when we stayed.

The view is amazing, sitting on the balcony overlooking the fantastic tennis court, the amazing swimming pool and the bonus of looking across the ocean, cannot be beaten.

Love the location and we had the best ocean view. Easy access to the beach

It’s a little outdated and would be nice to have aircon in the room as well as the aircon in the lounge takes a bit of time to cool both bedrooms.

Friendly staff and close to beach

Friendly staff, beach across the road, not far from shops or downtown Coffs Harbour. Fabulous bakery just down the road!

Our unit quite tired looking, some cups not properly clean, odd smell coming through air conditioning, vertical blinds had some slats degraded to the point of falling out. Might have just been unlucky with the allotted unit.

A good size unit but will not stay again due to the balcony rail height.

The size of the unit was good with a good kitchen and ample room for the family.

The balcony was not of regulation height. We were on the 15th floor and the railing on the balcony was so low that we had to lock all the doors and were unable to enjoy it or go outside. Children could easily climb on the outside furniture and fall 15 levels!!!! Not safe at all.

There were a few minor cleanliness issues- dead cockroaches in bath/desk. The air conditioning was difficult to work out so the first night was very hot and uncomfortable

Our stay was quiet and relaxing with amazing views.

The view cannot be beaten. The apartments are across the road from the beach with easy access. There is great access to walking and cycling tracks. Our apartment was roomy with views from the lounge and both bedrooms. It was also great to have a full laundry in the room. The pool was warm enough for swimming even in September.

The door into the ensuite bathroom was a little awkward and would be better as a sliding door or opening outwards instead of into the ensuite.

Our excitement levels leapt when we walked in and saw the view!

The views from our apartment were spectacular! Great to be able to see whales from our balcony!

We were somewhat disappointed that there were no staples (condiments, cooking oil, foil etc) but otherwise the utensils and equipment were good.

I loved how close it was to my favourite beach in Coffs Our room had an incredible view of the ocean from both bedrooms and lounge room 😍 The beds were very comfortable and the facilities for the kids were second to none We absolutely loved our stay, and will definitely be coming back very soon for a relaxing weekend 🙌🏾 Thank you so very much for having us 🤗

Under new management. New staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. Room had spectacular views over the ocean which was great for whale watching. Well appointed apartment. Great location, close to everything.

The previous managers were difficult to deal with. The new management is fantastic

Depressing and very disappointing.

This property was absolutely atrocious. The room was old, in poor condition at best. It was dirty and not maintained. The beds were uncomfortable the children could feel the springs the linen was not acceptable. The blankets so old and smelt. I would not recommend this property.

Overall, clean and good place. Good value for money.

Centrally located, close to everything. Best location. Gorgeous views. Absolutely loved it. All the major sightseeing places are within 2 kms. Close to shops too.

The appliances were outdated. Wish they had smart TV.

Would definitely stay again

Loved the location, the service of the staff was exceptional (we had an issue with a bathroom door and they came in on their day off to sort out) and the apartment was a really large size with great amenities. The views were also spectacular

The apartment we were allocated was a bit more dated in terms of decor than we expected.
