About this house rental
This unique home was created by a plaster Craftsman in 1950, and is conveniently right in the center of Old Town. Walking distance to festivals, brewpubs, restaurants and music venues all up and down both Simpson Street and Public road! Arched walls, hardwood floors, large kitchen, and creative accents throughout! This home has been updated extensively to maintain the original character with modern conveniences.

Downtown Lafayette charm
We had a lovely visit in this quaint house in downtown Lafayette. We were so pleased to have three double/queen sized beds for us and our adult family members. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials needed for us to prepare our own meals when we wanted, but it is in close walking distance to all of the wonderful downtown restaurants, coffee houses for a night or morning out. There are a few "old house" quirks that just added to the experience.

This house was exactly as advertised with extra comforts of home upon arrival. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it worked perfectly for us. We loved being able to walk into Lafayette for coffee, dinner, and breakfast. We also explored some of the cute town parks.
Waneka lake was a group favorite and we spent a good amount of time in Boulder for a wedding we were attending.
Thanks for the great experience and we hope to visit again one day!

Cute house in Greg’s neighborhood
This house was exactly as advertised with extra comforts of home upon arrival. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it worked perfectly for us. We loved being able to walk into Lafayette for coffee, dinner, and breakfast. We also explored some of the cute town parks.
Waneka lake was a group favorite and we spent a good amount of time in Boulder for a wedding we were attending.

Beautifully remodeled home in quaint neighborhood
We stayed at Kelly's house when visiting Boulder for my son's virtual graduation at CU Boulder. It was only 20-25 minutes to campus and we loved the neighborhood. Lots to do within walking distance. Must trys: Tangerine for breakfast and Community for dinner! Kelly was super helpful during the booking process, at check in and check out. Everything you need is in the house, fully equipped kitchen and cute yard. Thank you, Kelly, for making us feel at home!

Spring in Lafayette
This is a cozy and homey property within a short walk to downtown Old Lafayette. Very well appointed with a fabulous kitchen and lovely backyard. Everything was clean and well supplied. Great stay!!

Wonderful Stay
We had a great time at Lafayette. This house was beautifully situated to the cute downtown. The host Kelly was wonderful to work with, responded promptly and answered my many questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent!!!!
Where do I start?? 1st I will say renting from VRBO was a living nightmare! Once I finally got booked I was so relieved and Kelly was so nice and responsive. Now let's get into this property!! The pics do not do it any justice it is in a nice calm quiet neighborhood, and u are pretty central to all your needs. Food, dollar tree, gas, walmart, King Soopers(Kroger) all within 10 min of the property! Kelly literarily supplied everything we needed and then some. There were things there we ddint even know we needed this house has everything all u have to bring is yourself! The rooms were nice, pretty spacious and clean! She had Fans, pillows, blankets, dishwasher pods I mean you name it Kelly supplied it. I can go on and on about this property I mean the entire stay was amazing! Your about 30 min away from downtown Denver which is great for me I prefer staying on the outskirts. Only issue we had was the wifi it kept disconnecting and reconnecting sometimes wouldnt reconnect for a good while outside of the wifi signal was soooo poor so wifi is a must it didnt hinder the trip much just a lil annoying to keep having to reset it for it to work for a good few hours then do it again. Nevertheless I highly recommend and when I come back to Colorado I will definitely stat here if available nothing but good things to say! Thank you Kelly for turning my nightmare into a somewhat of a fantasy! LOVED IT!

Clean, well equipped and a great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. Also loved the location as we were able to walk to some great restaurants and coffee shops

Fantastic place to stay!
Traveled out to do some rock climbing and this place was perfect for my friends and I, everything was clean and communication with Kelly was a breeze. Will come back for another climbing trip for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at this home, it was easy to find and there were many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It provided our grown family a place to meet up and to enjoy everyones company in the living room and around the table. Thank you Kelly for providing a warm and cozy home.

Cozy house steps from old town
Perfect location for us. Wedding outside of Boulder made this location perfect for that. Loved Old Town Lafayette and literally was less than a 10 minute stroll to almost anywhere in Old Town. Property was quaint and perfect for our needs. Owner was very responsive and had lots of helpful advise for happenings around town If we need accommodation around here again we’ll come back!

GREAT STAY IN LAFAYETTE
This little house was perfect for our last minute trip to Colorado. We had our family of 5 plus Grandma for the trip so the house gave us so much more room than a hotel room. It is in a quaint little area in Colorado which we loved! The food places close by are great and we also hit a few shops--including the antique shop and sweets and eats ice cream shop. Kelly was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great space
Well appointed, comfortable space close to Boulder and convenient for all we had planned. My only issue was that while the main facts of the listing say 3 bedrooms, the description of the property implies 4 bedrooms. Otherwise a terrific spot!!

PERFECT
First dealing with the Kelly was a great experience - she was amazing at answering any questions I had about the place and the surrounding area. She also knew we were bringing our 14 month grandson and provided a pack-and-play for him.
The house was clean, well stocked, and big enough for 8 full grown adults.
There was many places to walk to for food, drinks and ice cream.
We will be back.

Great first experience using VRBO
This was our first time using VRBO. We were a little unsure about what to expect and nervous about flying halfway across the country to stay in a home we had never seen. This was a great first experience. The house was clean and had all of the items we needed to make it a home away from home for the 9 days we stayed. Kelly was quick to respond to all request/questions and he was a valuable resource for things to do in the area. The house is in an ideal location as it is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The people are friendly and we felt safe even when walking the area in the evenings. We took Kelly's advice and took the bus to Nederland for the day (bus stop is only a short walk from the house). It was nice to sit back and enjoy the scenery while someone else drove. The buses are clean and the drivers are friendly and helpful. This was a great first experience and we would certainly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kelly's place in Old Town Lafayette. Kelly was kind enough to rush the housekeeping to accommodate our arrival before check in. Really great location in a beautiful historic neighborhood within a stone's throw of the best of Old Town. Highly recommended.
