DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL

When I arrived, the hotel tried to scam me! A very arrogant receptionist claimed that, even though the reservation was CONFIRMED, they do not have my room, but they can give me another room at a double price, The very arrogant woman at the desk did not wear any ID on her so you do not know who you are talking to, and her attitude was like "take it or leave it". Since I am a frequent traveler, I easily found accommodation elsewhere, but this sort of behavior is, luckily, rarely seen. I hope booking will take actions!

Наведите порядок и чистоту в своем отеле, противно же даже находиться там

Грязь, вонь, возле кровати воняло мочей, окна выходят прямо на проходной двор, прохожие просто заглядывают и могут, что-то кинуть в окно, кухня грязная, ванная комната без коврика, моющий средств нет, когда попросили, нам дали один на троих маленький тюбик, наматрасников нет, простынь сразу на кровать стелиться, холодильник воняет, полотенца воду не впитывают, тапочек нет, постель грязная, номер не комфортный, лестница не удобная. Никогда не будем посещать более этот отель. Фото не соответствует номеру и отелю совершенно.

A legrosszabb szállásunk

Igazából semmi a szoba kicsi volt, a szállás telefonon nem volt elérhető egyeztetés céljából!

21.000 ft-t hagytam ott 10m²-re, 17.000 volt a szoba plusz 15€ 6000ft volt hogy állattal érkeztünk. Ár-érték arány nagyon rossz a szobába csak egy illatosító biztosította hogy tisztának tűnjön törölközőt kérni kellett 2 óra múlva többszöri kérés után végre kaptunk, de az is tiszta víz volt és büdös biztos hogy használt volt! Ez a "hotel" koszos büdös és semmibe veszik a vendégeket!

Szörnyű remelem legközelebb jobb lesz!

Nagyon sokat járok erre a szallasra! De amit most tapasztaltam az felháborító! Piszkos ágynemű, törölköző hiánya amikor kaptam pótlást az rettentő büdös volt, nem volt WC papír nem működött a hajszárító, nem volt tv a szobában, egyáltalán nem működők a légkondi. A recepciós srác szenzációs volt, kaptam egy 5 perc sétára egy másik hotelben egy szobát!

I consider this stay quite price value. Not bad, not exceptional JUST what we needed.

Comfortable stay at the hotel, great location.

Bathroom facilities were quite old fashioned but still functional.

Грязно очень, холодно обогрев не работает только сильный шум , туалет воняет

Location is good. Close to the hotel is Tesco and Spar. Receptionist help us with parking-) give us coins and we paid with euros. They accommodated us even though we booked room at 8 pm.

On Booking was written there is parking at Ben though you can park for free only from 10 pm-8am. Parking was a little bit problem for us. We were waiting for the towels and after all we got only one. Drawers were not working properly

Fix your bathroom.

Just the location..

The bed is so hard, The bathroom is smelly like smell pee and smell drainage since day 1 till check out. I cant complain in the reception bcos theres no people in reception. I think i saw them thrice only and they always busy.

The location is really good, staff is nice but can't really help with the problems

I am really not complicated, but this had to be my first complaint in a hotel ever. I paid for a bigger room with the balcony. There was no TV in the room, the garbage on the balcony was full and probably not cleaned in weeks, and the smell in the room in unbearable. Smells like sewage and sh*t. At first we only asked for a radio or something so that its not so quiet in the room, as we wanted to leave our dog to rest in the room for a bit, because we were walking all morning. The lady at the reception was not aware that the TV was missing, and offered us to switch rooms. We took another room across the hall. The room was nice at first, and had a really nice view out to the street, so we were happy about it. Later in the evening, we only wanted to take a shower and rest. Unfortunately, the water in the shower was ice cold, no warm water in the room, and the shower head was broken. No toilet paper as well. After I asked at the reception what was happening and how could they rent a room like this, I was informed that the technician is called but as it was sunday he cant fix it today. Still no answer to how was a room with no warm water free for rent. At the end I was not offered any solution, other than to switch rooms again, which I refused. I only took a shower in the other room and gave up. I am sure the owners know about all the problems but just dont care. It is very dirty, and not maintained. 90% sure our bed sheets were not clean. Dirty laundry on the hallway. Such a shame, because the location is perfect and the hotel has a lot of potential. A lot of things that are posted in the ad are just not true. Sorry to say that I wont be coming to this hotel again.

Budapest California hotel

Staff were very friendly and cooperative( unlike Roya Botique), they let me to wait n the loby , location was in the heart of the city , near to metro, restuarant, tourist placed

Not clean, sheets were old, in the room there was a kind of deep stair casr which cause difficulty to go up and down, bed was loose, trash bin was not washed for many days and dirts were stick into it

The location is very good.

The room was not clean, I found hair on the pillow and sheets. The tv was not working at all. The fridge was positioned near my head, and there weren’t any sockets to be moved in other place. The carpet was stincky, the table was dirty, I had to clean it by myself. Last but not least, probabil the worst thing, we had cockroaches in our room, and we signalized that to the lady from the reception. My girlfriend was biten by an insect and her leg was red. Definatelt I cannot recommend this property !!! :(

sewage smell in the room. Cheap price but also you can find another hotels at the same price and maybe without sewage smell.

I had a reservation at this hotel, but the hotel’s entrance wss closed. I ringed the bell, also I called the reception many times, but nobody opened the door. There was no reception at 12:30 AM, despite it’s written there that they have 24 hours front desk and reception.
