Desagradable y falta de profesionalidad. No confíen en las fotos

Ubicación. Location. Locação.

Experiencia desagradable (es la primera vez que dejo un comentario en booking): el cuarto estaba sucio, en las esquinas había suciedad y polvo acumulado. Las paredes estaban sucias y manchadas de humedad, además que se estaban descascarando. El cuarto tenía mal olor. El baño igual pero además había ropa interior en la ducha del huésped anterior entonces eso significa que ni limpiaron el baño antes de yo entrar. No nos dieron toallas para bañarnos. La puerta del cuarto no cierra al 100%. No hay sensación de seguridad, la puerta secundaria al edificio queda abierta toda la noche y se escuchan los ruidos de los autos y de las personas. No recomiendo ni un poco. Parece estar enfocado a adolescentes pero el precio no lo refleja. Português: Experiência desagradável (é a primeira vez que deixo um comentário em booking): o quarto estava sujo, com sujeira e poeira acumuladas nos cantos. As paredes estavam sujas e manchadas de umidade, além de estarem descascando. O quarto tinha um mau cheiro. O banheiro também, mas além disso havia roupas íntimas no chuveiro do hóspede anterior, então isso significa que nem limparam o banheiro antes de eu entrar. Não nos deram toalhas para nos banharmos. A porta do quarto não fecha 100%. Não há sensação de segurança, a porta secundária do prédio fica aberta a noite toda e você pode ouvir o barulho dos carros e das pessoas. Eu não recomendo nem um pouco. Parece ser voltado para adolescentes, mas o preço não reflete isso. Inglés: Unpleasant experience (this is the first time I have left a comment on booking): the room was dirty, with dirt and dust accumulated in the corners. The walls were dirty and stained with humidity, and they were also peeling. The room had a bad smell. The bathroom was the same, but there was also underwear in the shower from the previous guest, so that means they didn't even clean the bathroom before I got in. They didn't give us towels to bathe with. The door to the room doesn't close 100%.

Passable

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved having dogs in the hostel to fuss. Room was sizeable.

No sound proofing so between "band practice" and subsequent music and chatting happening not far from our door and window, it wasn't great for sleeping. One bathroom for the hostel is insufficient. And not having soap in that bathroom was unhygienic.

Great place to stay in Tilcara

The atmosphere was nice, staff were great, really cool common areas with places to sit and meet other people. The location is great, very close to the bus terminal and the central area. Highly recommended :)

The hostel needs a bit of maintenance. It feels pretty old and the temperature of the shower water was a bit hard to control. But for the money we paid I think it is decent, and for sure worth the atmosphere and comfortable feeling.

Superb

We spent New Year’s Eve at the hostel, it was a lovely evening spent with amazing food (great vegetarian/vegan options). The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was also very nice the morning after.

Nice and clean room and excellent location close to the bus stop. Staff really nice and helpful. Only thing to improve a bit the shared bathroom.
