A képek alapján szebbet vártunk, ha nem két kisgyerekkel vagyunk késő este akkor lehet tovább állunk.

Könnyen megközelíthető helyen volt, egy éjszakát töltöttünk ott.

A szálloda közel nem úgy néz már ki mint a képeken. Egy alapos festes már igen ráférne. Koszos falak a szobában, a lépcsőházban. A folyosón állott szag, valószínűleg a szőnyeg miatt. A fürdőszobában koszos fuga. Morzsa volt a szobában a padlón érkezéskor. A szoba egyik sarka penészes volt.

Estaba limpio y había máquinas expendedoras.

La persona que nos recibió no nos ayudó en nada, te dejan delante de una máquina y tienes que buscarte la vida. A parte hay que tener tarjeta física. Nosotros en este caso solo teníamos efectivo y Applepay y fue un problema hasta que conseguimos entrar.

Très agréable pour une nuit à Valenciennes.

La chambre était très bien, propre et agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuné était frais et très bon. La personne a l'accueil était très gentille. Il y a un arrêt de tram à 3min et qui met 10min depuis la gare.

Je ne savais pas quel était l'arrêt de tram pour venir. Cela serait bien de mettre plus clairement l'information.

Place to crash and continue your journey w/o leaving anything of value in the car

Easy to find, right off the motorway. Close to an activity center (bowling, laser games, restaurant, etc.) Parking availability and fencing from the surrounding bad neighborhood.

The hotel is located right next to a ghetto/slum neighborhood, gypsy caravan gathering. There is a warning sign to not leave anything of value in the car. Luckily, there are fences all around the hotel and they have a steel gate that closes by night. No hairdryer - which is a first for me. Mattress really hard. Night table on one side missing (broken off). Basic breakfast, but for the price, I don't think anything else was to be expected.

I would not stay there again.

Pretty quiet area

We had 2 rooms. Breakfast was paid for in one room with 2 people and we were going to pay for breakfast that morning for the 3rd person. When we got to the breakfast area. The only employee at the hotel said we hadn’t paid for breakfast. We just ended up leaving out of frustration. The breakfast looked NOTHING like we previously had in a different B&B hotel.

Exceptional

The best bb hotel I have ever been to. Was there with my kid while traveling around France. I could rest properly and felt safe in that place. Securty at night looks after who is leaving and comming into hotel. Breakfast was nice.

The staff were really nice., there was a lovely young lad on reception who was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is quiet despite being right next to the motorway and tramway, we had a decent night's sleep.

The area is a bit dodgy, the nearby restaurants are lovely just 5 minutes walk away but you have to walk through a rough housing estate, smashed windows, boarded up houses etc. The hotel itself is secure and feels safe but just the genereal area is a bit run down. Fine for a stop over though.

Hotel is o.k.

the breakfast was good.

unfortunately during the time of our arrival in the early afternoon, the reception was not occupied and the front-door was closed. (In the next morning, the reception was occupied and staff was very friendly). However, it was possible to enter by code and credit-card-payment to get access to our two rooms at our arrival. But due to the missing reception at the time of our check-in, we had no possibility to communicate and change the floor of our room to a more upper one. Our rooms had been unfortunately placed in the ground-floor and due to security reasons, we have not openend our windows at all during the night as we usually want. Maybe we should have communicated that beforehand via the booking-portal. But we did not expect to have no reception person available. It was our first stay at a B&B Hotel and maybe our expectation level was just wrong. In general, the hotel is o.k.

Very friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable, great breakfast and super value

A very warm welcome from staff showing us how to check in on the keyless entry. This was earlier than published check in time and even allowed us early access to one room to change. Staff friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was very good and exceeded expectations. Very clean and comfortable. Well located and only 30mins cycle to the Arenberg trench. Exceeded expectations for a 2 star.. Selection of restaurants close by and local area is safe despite first impressions. Secure parking

at the reception they don't speak english and the breakfast is very bad. I paid a very high price per night. It's expensive for the poor quality it has.

Comfortable Stay

We have stayed in a B&B hotel before and really liked the breakfast hence we chose to stay with them again, and the breakfast didn't disappoint. The breakfast room is nice and sunny. We also like the location of the hotel which is close to the A2 motorway, convenient for our journey home from Brussels to the UK.

The hotel is quite hard to find even with a navigator. It's kind of hidden behind the tram tracks at the back of a housing estate. We got to the housing estate and thought we'd come to the end of the road, then realised there was a small road at the end to go down to the tram track. We then had to cross the tram track to get to the hotel.
