Beautiful, clean, spacious and comfy apartment with outstanding views. Rocco, the property manager was consistantlu responsive, friendly and helpful.

Only one minor Comment. The rules asked us to remove our own garbage at the end of our stay. We think this should be done by cleaners rather than guests. We had a little trouble trying to find where to take it.

Great location in center of nice city, nice places just under the apt. In our time there was a music festival Clean 2 floors There

2nd floor is for kids with low ceiling Little bit difficult to find parking place. The apt itself is in restrictared area so even getting the car closer is not always allowed. Parking pass is recommended to be arranged from advance Our apt was on 3rd floor without elevator, little bit difficult on check in and check out.

At the center of Arona which was beautiful! The appartment was very clean and well equipped.

The 2nd floor was a bit dark and tight. The booking itself was confusing since we did search for an appartment with balcony, saw the amazing pictures of the lake view but did not get an appartment with a balcony at all! This was very disappointing. Even after contacting the host, no response. I recommend to cross check if you really got a room with a balcony if that was what you were looking for.

Perfect!

Amazing location overlooking the lake and directly on a piazza with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Parking area was available nearby. We would definitely stay here again, but next time for much longer!

Amazing view from the balcony was the best one!

Very nice view, good location!

Warm water boiler was broken and we didn’t get warm water during our stay, which wasn’t so nice. They tried to fixed it without success.

Good place, not so good apartment

The place, in the hurt of Arona, is amazing. The kitchen was great.

Lot of stairs inside the apartment. The upper bedroom was very uncomfortable and not justified compared to the high price of that apartment. We had to carry the garbage far from the apartment. Otherwise, there was a high penalty.

Lovely clean apartment on Piazza del Pollo, with great views.

Location was fabulous . Linen was very nice. Comfy bed and lounge. Views from windows were wonderful !

The loft bedroom is not really suitable for adults unless you are very short. My friend hit his head several times as parts are not high enough to stand. Dishwasher tablet supplied , but, no dishwasher to be found. Email before arrival stated 1 toilet roll per bathroom. which I believe is insufficient. On arrival there was actually several rolls. Extra charge for AC, which I think would be better to just include in room price. One only bar type stool, 4 of us would have liked to be able to sit at window hight to enjoy the wonderful view.

Avoid it

Old building located in a nice central square, near bars and nice restaurants. Great view of the lake. The embankment starts on that square - I had nice walks there.

No parking on weekends in 700m during the low season - they tick in the apartment profile that there is parking (and write in some subsection that the parking is public that is a scam for me as we missed it - we wouldn't choose it); quite poor and old interior and facilities for that pricetag; many stairs; they obligate us to throw the trash while the trash bin is in 600m; additional fees hidden in a subsection; very (very very) low ceiling on the last floor; the manager was not friendly. I think that the HappyRental - the company that manages this apartment doesn't do it fairly. The check-in process was also unpleasant - we were required to fill in a lot of data on the road. Why didn't they send it in advance? It is too overrated. This is the first time that I give a mark under 8. Find another one.

perfect location and views but bathroom needs refresh and sound isolation from outside is not great

perfect location and stunning view. property well-equipped, seemless check-in and check-out process

there was nothing wrong with it but for the luxury standard it markets bathroom needs some refresh. also sound isolation from outside is poor- it’s located in a beautiful location bit it gets noisy during evenings/weekends so it’s not perfect if you are looking for calm nights :)

Perfect stay, perfect host, perfect location

This was the perfect stay. Beautiful apartment with beautiful views (front and back) in a perfect little town. The apartment had everything you can think of. But most of all, our host was super!! Everything (check in, contact, parking) was handled online, but all went very smooth and prompt. Our host was the nicest guy, quick in his responses and helpful in every way! Couldn't have been better

Beautiful place

The place is clean and beautiful. We got the lake view room and it’s breathtaking just waking up, sitting in the balcony and looking at Lake Maggiore. it is accessible to restaurants and shops. Lucas was kind to let us leave our luggages while we wait for the check in time. He provided us with great taxi service as well during our stay.

Lake and Castle views make relaxing easy

Wow - the location and view here are superb - the lake and castle view from the balcony, lounge and bathroom are outstanding. We had a fabulous relaxing weekend in the apartment. Everything we needed was there, and the rooms were all spacious. It was lovely also overlooking a lively piazza - and also perfect that with the windows/shutters closed there was no noise. Overall, the view with great facilities makes this a perfect stay.

Perfect location in Arona! Very nice apartment.

The apartment is in a central location steps from shopping and restaurants. A nice bakery across the plaza. Apartment is newly remodeled and is very clean. Two air conditioners and fans kept us cool during a heat wave. A balcony overlooks the lake and castle. Great communication from the hosts and reservations we’re complete through booking dot com. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Arona.

Be prepared for two flights of stairs if you have luggage. And parking is easy, but two blocks from apartment.

Great place and great host

Prime location in Arona, the apartment is well furnished and the view is absolutely beautiful. Lucas is available anytime and regularly checking on us to make sure we enjoy our stay.

Air conditioning in the parents bedroom is way too loud. Luckily it's wasn't too hot and a regular fan was enough.

Location was convenient, apartment was great, and Lucas was excellent to deal with.

The noise from the square is almost unbearable. It start at 5am with bottle collections (rubbish truck) and finishes around 1am. The bedroom door has glass so its difficult to sleep with all the light.

Very convenient location, great apartment, host was fantastic, the late noise and early morning bottle collection noise is the only reason it didn't get 9 out of 10

The noise from the square i.e music chatter etc. makes it impossible to sleep before 1am and wakes up 6am to the clatter of bottles. The rooms are very bright, it needs black out curtains and the glass panel in the bedroom door lest full light in at sunrise.
