Bellissima casa in pieno centro storico di Siviglia, ottima soluzione per un gruppo di 8 persone.

La posizione della casa è strepitosa, consente di visitare tutte le principali attrazioni a piedi, splendida la terrazza con vista sulla Cattedrale e sull'Alcazar, oltre che su buona parte della città. Ottima l'accoglienza e l'assistenza di Miguel, molto disponibile a trovare soluzioni per migliorare il soggiorno e vivere le attrazioni che la città offre.

Pur essendo pulita, la casa potrebbe essere curata meglio, in particolare i bagni ed i lavandini della cucina e della lavanderia, i quali purtroppo emettevano brutto odore di sifone (probabilmente dovuto alla risalita degli scarichi, in una casa così ampia e con livelli diversi). Le camere (tre su quattro) sono dotate di letti singoli separati, con difficoltà ad essere uniti per via delle prese sulle pareti e delle testate dei letti. Sicuramente l'aspetto dei letti potrebbe essere migliorato.

will make u miss seville for sure

we love the property everything was so lovely. it was so clean. spacious and location is at the center of everywhere where we want to visit in sevilla. perfect. will come back for sure

if theres anything that can be improve is you need to change the aircon filter for master bedroom often or consider relocate to other place because i can smell the restaurant smell (grilled seafood smell). when i turn on the aircon on master bedroom.

Best play to stay in Sevilla. Miguel was amazing. The location was right next to the cathedral, Alcazar, and many great restaurants nearby. Miguel organized travel to and from the hotel for us and had a bunch of great recommendations. Views from the rooftop were amazing. The only place I would want to stay in Sevilla again.

Perfect Location with Huge Space Friendly Staff

Just finished a 5-night stay in the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit (#3). What a gem in Seville. Very spacious with a stunning view of the bell tower! Walking distance to all major attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Miguel, the property manager, is super friendly and always there to help. He arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport on arrival day, then had a taxi waiting for us downstairs when we were leaving. Super easy to get in touch via WhatsApp.

For our five night stay it would be nice to have more towels to change to. The bigger shower is missing the seal at the bottom so water leaks at every Sound of the bell could be bothersome for some. It rings every 15 minutes, even though out the night. On our last day the bell was playing some sort of music pieces because it is a holiday. Very loud indeed

Great location, walking distance to all major attractions. The penthouse apartment had great spaces for catching up with friends on the rooftop terrace, living room, kitchen etc. The apartment manager was very responsive and helpful.

One of the bathroom's shower was cleaned very thoroughly, perhaps with too much bleach, so the smell stayed for a bit. Not a big deal, we just opened the windows to air it out.

Everything is as described, very clean, modern, comfortable, huge in size. If it wasn't for the dip fry smell issue, it would have been a perfect 5

The smell, around the afternoon a very noticeable smell of dip fry from a near by restaurant settles in the apartment.

This is a fantastic property right in the heart of the action. We were looked after very well, Rafa and Miguel will organise everything you need, including trips and dinner reservations. Top class.

Location was good.

Rooms & utensils were not clean. & the beds & pillows were soooooo highly uncomfortable that we all four got major backache after sleeping there. Pillows were hard as suitcase. Also we tourist come with international luggage so pulling your luggage from main road till the apartment was impossible as it was 10 minurw walk pulling your 30kgs of suitcase.

The most incredible stay

We had the most incredible stay in the penthouse. Carlos was unbelievably helpful throughout our stay, making recommendations and organising our taxis for us. The property itself was stunning and the location was breathtaking. The views from the rooftop blew us away. We can’t wait to return and think that this apartment is the best that we have stayed in anywhere in the world.

Shower gel was low in one of the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms also smells due to poor ventilation. Lack of spices if you want to cook.

We had a wonderful stay in Seville and would love to visit again.

Communication was prompt and professional. Carlos was extremely helpful and polite. The apartments (both units) were clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect!!! Close to the Cathedral, Alcazar, La Giralda, markets, restaurants and other attractions. We had a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it. We greatly appreciate Carlos.

Amazing, loved it and Seville

Carlos our Host together with the Apartment we’re just brilliant. Even before we arrived, Carlos was in touch with helpful suggestions for meals, shows and things of interest in the area. This was so helpful. He was available for any advice re cabs, trains etc. We loved his help. The location of the Apartment was SUPERB!! The City of Seville was beautiful and we were so close to everything. The Apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. An amazing Mexican Restaurant as you exit the building is not to be missed nor their Mango, Lemon and Tamarind Margherita!! I had to have a second!!
