No flexibility

You can't deal with tourists if you are not willing to be flexible and accommodating. Especially if you have the possibility to do so.

Interesting object at perfect location in welcoming city

Excellent location in the city center, close to all important sightseeing venues, restaurants and shops. Nice view of Muenster towers from appartment. Within walking distance from the train station. Perfect and quick communication with host, both prior to arrival and during stay. Good Wifi. Relatively quiet (sufficient isolation) even though the building is situated at a busy road; however, even the isolation could not keep out all noises from people honking their cars to celebrate a wedding :-). Nice beds. Well facilitated bathroom and kitchen. Nice motion-sensitive night lights in living room, handy when you need to find your way to the bathroom in the night. Would gladly return.

This review is for the maisonette on the top floor. It is 8 stairs (63 steps) upwards. We knew that upfront, but if you have reduced mobility, this may not be a suitable appartment for you. Overall well equipped (even a television in each room) but could do with some little maintanance. Especially the upper railing next to the stairs to the upper bedroom is somewhat wobbly. Being on the top floor and having a tilted roof, the upper bedroom and also the bathroom (especially the toilet area) make standing upright for people over 6 feet a considerable challenge. Nevertheless, for a couple of days it is manageable. Almost no curtains in appartment. This will probably make it rather warm in the summer (when we were there, outside temperature of about 18 degrees C resulted in about 24 degrees C inside). There was a curtain in the bathroom but it was damaged and could not be closed. The backstreet neighbours therefore might have the opportunity to take a peek when you are going to take a shower.

The beds are to small..( double). The rooms are so large they could easily accommodate a king or at least a queen.

Spacious, clean and well-equipped rooms at city centre. Big screen television and comfy beds in all rooms. Two public parking lots at close walking distance.

The laundry washing machine was not that clean that prevented from using it.

Nothing good to say about it.

It looked more like a warehouse than like an appartment (5 laundry machines in the kitchen, piled stools behind the doors, the dining table in one of the bedrooms, ...), never seen something like it. The entrance to the buiding was quite dirty and disgusting. Very well located, close to the cathedral, but not comfortable at all.

Place to return!

Everything was great! The apartment has everything you may (and may not) require during your stay. The owner quickly answers all the questions, this interaction really helps to feel yourself completable. During my next visit I will definitely choose this place to stay!

Excellent apartment in the city center

First of all excellent location for all of you that want to explore Ulm - very close to city center. Also close to the parking garage (central) that is like 100m from the apartment. Rooms are big, apartment is very equipped with home appliances - everything you need. And all stores are close enough. Very recommended.

Location is central and convenient. Apartment is spacious.

The corridors have a strong smell from the Turkish restaurant on the first floor. The apartment in theory can sleep 6 persons but with just one bathroom it can get too busy.

Lovely apartment, everything you would need and very well equipped.

entrance, stairs leading to apartment in need of painting and upgrading. living room/dining area a little small for a group of people. unfortunately a couple of the bedrooms were on the side of the main road, lots of noise from traffic and people until the early hours!

the kitchen was perfect and fully equipped. spacious rooms and beds

The bathroom was small. Neighbors made a party until late night. very loud. i hope not just the guests are warned about this (not to make a party) but the neighbors too... (Not until 10pm or later)

induction stove suits the design, but we prefer classical cooktops. Loud street noise in the front rooms with open windows, but none when closed (so central location also has it‘s downside).

Great Location, many extras, very clean, hugh

Booked cheapest f10 economy apartment only with a balcony and really liked it. We‘ve been to many hotels, holiday rental and serviced apartments during our trips in the past, but this one has like EVERYTHING you would ever need for a stay and is really hugh. It was very bright and welcoming. Clean to the spot and silent rooms. Location is awesome in city center old town, everything is jsut around the corner.

We stayed for one night. Perfect location, nice restaurants nearby (Osteria pizza, very good).

The location is super, just in the heart of the city of ULM. Great appartment, good beds and fine bathroom. I recommend it for families and friends. Parking in underground city garage at walking distance.

Fabulous

Great location for our time in Ulm. Apt was great for our family for two days. Location was perfect. Grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance and the Minster was only a few blocks away.
