Breezyville Northeast Sun is a 12 bedroom, beachside Gulf Shores Beach House Rental. This vacation home offers gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico's turquoise waters and white-sand beaches. The beach is right in your backyard, enjoy! Breezyville is made up of 4 houses - a beachside community that shares a pool overlooking the Gulf. There are 4 balconies throughout this house for enjoying breathtaking views as well! The Northeast house has easy beach access, with only one Breezyville house in front.

The Northeast Sun house offers 12 bedrooms and 9.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 40 guests. Have a smaller group? Book the 7 bedroom lockout to accommodate just 24 guests. Have a larger group? Look into the availability of the other 3 luxurious Breezyville homes! With an ideal location in the heart of Gulf Shores, enjoy many restaurants and shops within walking distance!

On the first floor of the house, you'll find 5 bedrooms: Bedrooms 1 & 2 have a King bed each and each has a private bathroom with a bathtub & a shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen beds with a private shower/tub combo. Finally, Bedrooms 4 & 5 each have 2 Queen beds and they both share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The second floor contains a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large, cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and there is also a half bath. Also on this floor are 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 6 with 2 Queen beds & balcony access, and Bedroom 7 with 3 Twin over Twin bunks. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The third floor offers 5 more bedrooms: Bedrooms 8 & 9 have a King bed each and each has a private bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, Bedroom 10 has a King bed with a private shower/tub combo, Bedrooms 11 & 12 have 2 Queen beds in each and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Finally, Bedrooms 8, 9, 10, and 11 have balcony access!

Overall a great stay. Lots of room and we loved having a bathroom for each room. There was just an issue with the carbon monoxide alarms going off the day we got there. It happened a few times that day and again in the middle of the night. I called and reported this, and they sent someone out later that day. It resolved the issue until a couple nights later on our last nite, the alarm on the third floor went off again in the middle of the night. We were in the house directly behind bahama bobs and I felt like the people in the houses right above the pool kinda took it over but they had been there much longer, I guess it just depends on who is there. Bahama bobs was fun to grab a drink or a quick bite to eat. We also had brunch at Laurie’s, a block or so up and it was fantastic. Super small place but tons of options. Great overall location for access to the beach and other restaurants and such. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Whenever i called or emailed the property managers I always got a pretty quick response. Tons of room. Be prepared to get your stair steps in. This didn’t bother me much as a run up and down stairs all day but some of my friends thought it was rough. Fantastic views on the balcony.

Great location. House was good set up for our large group. Had an issue with the air conditioning but got a fairly quick response from maintenance. Was concerned about shared pool but it was large and accommodated everyone.

This place was perfect for our group of 25! Plenty of space, steps away from the beach and restaurants, and pretty quiet! The mangement and maintenance teams were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our 3rd time staying at these houses. They’re the best for large groups. We love the convenience of being right on the beach & being able to walk to bahama bobs and the hang out. The weather and beach was perfect. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great family getaway

We had a large family of 30 stay here and really enjoyed everything! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our entire group. We had to ask the cleaning crew to come back, and the beds were still really sandy, but overall it was fine. The group pool was never crowded, and the walk to the beach was very close and easy. We were worried about the view of the ocean since we had a house in front of us, but we still had a great view from the porch!

Beautiful house and location

The only two complaints we have was we arrived at property after 5pm and our house was still dirty due to them cleaning the wrong house. They were fast to get someone out and they were very nice and cleaned up fast. The other complaint was the lack of water pressure on the third floor and with three king suites and showers unusable due to no water pressure made it useless to have them on that floor. Other than those two things the location of the house was great the house was more than I imagined with pics and Was a great house and beautiful decor and interior. Would stay here again.

We had 11 families with children of all ages. The home was large enough to accommodate our group HOWEVER the plumbing/water pressure issues need to be addressed OR do not advertise ANY showers on the 3rd floor. There is not enough pressure to bring water up to the 3rd floor showers EVEN when no other water sources are being used. And even so, you can't say - hey no one use water while the 3rd floor guests take a shower! The owner is aware that this is an issue. Also - some better security/pool gate and property access issues need to be addressed since property is next to a public beach access and we had strangers by the pool and trying to use bathrooms in our house on more than one occasion.

This house was great for our group of 30 people (18 kids & 10 adults). Easy walk to beach, clean, nice grill/pool ect. Fairly well stocked but for a big group the fridge got a bit crowded (we had a hard time fitting drinks in there for 18 kids). Basic kitchen but if your cooking breakfast for 25+ people bring an extra grildde, toaster ect...great stay over all!

We couldn’t have asked for more in terms of a rental property that was clean and spacious, and had enough room for a bunch of kids and a bunch of adults! it’s right in the heart of Gulf Shores so you’re right near everything. the pool is awesome! partially shaded with sun at mid-day, and you’re right off the public beach access (Which we thought was a plus). The only ding we had is that there’s 4 rental properties and while we were in the back Corner one the listing showed the front property ... but honestly they’re all great and they all have great views! Would definitely recommend!!
