The Richardson Ranch is the Verde Valley getaway you’ve been looking for. This rustic retreat is minutes from Cottonwood, a short 20-minute drive to Jerome or Sedona and views of the Verde River.

The main house features 4-bedrooms, a wraparound porch, chef's kitchen, and private front yard with a fire pit.

Enjoy access to a shared playground with swings, a basketball court, covered picnic area, and a treehouse with a slide.

For larger groups, add the owner suite or combine the Main House with the adjacent guest home.

Living room/s: With floor to ceiling windows and french doors that open up onto the wrap around porch you will feel the warmth of country living from the downstairs living room. The room features a 55” inch wall mounted television.

Free wifi is included and directV is available on all TVs.

The upstairs living room/game room also includes a 55” TV and is equipped with a foosball table, life size Jenga, and many other board games that your family will enjoy.

Please note that no animals are allowed.

Kitchen & Dining area: The kitchen and dining area allows you to enjoy home cooked meals. The dining table can seat 10. The wraparound porch also has a large barbecue and there is outdoor seating for 10 if guests want to enjoy the spectacular mountain views while you dine. Not in the mood to cook? You can order takeout or dine at one of the many fine local restaurants in town.

Bedrooms and bathrooms:
All beds are topped with down comforters and made with 300 thread count sheets. The master bedroom downstairs features a king bed & a bathroom with shower. A 25” flat screen is mounted on the wall for guests that like to watch movies in bed. French doors open up to a semi-private patio/porch.

A 2nd master is located upstairs and includes a queen bed.

The 2nd downstairs bedroom includes a twin daybed, washer & dryer, and opens up onto the wraparound porch.

The 2nd upstairs bedroom includes a twin bed with views out to the pasture, the Black Hills and Mingus Mountain.

There is a half bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom with a very large shower upstairs.

Guest Access- Self check-in with a smart lock. Code is sent upon confirmation of reservation. On-site laundry is provided.

Hosts do not live onsite but are a call away if needed.
