This condo is in a nice and quiet community two miles from the beach. The community of Bethany Breeze has a swimming pool and a tennis court for your family's enjoyment. You can take a relaxing two-mile bike ride to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. On the way, drop your canoe into the Assawoman Canal. After a day at the beach or swimming in the pool, you can relax on the condo's deck. Sleeping – On the second floor, there are two bedrooms each with a bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The first floor living room hosts a queen size sofa bed. The sunroom has a full and twin bunkbed. There is also a rollaway bed stored for a small child. A half bath is on the first floor. The kitchen has large and small appliances, cookware and utensils. There is also a gas grill available outside near the deck. An assigned parking space is available in the front of the unit. If you have more than one vehicle, there are unassigned parking spaces to use on a first come basis. We are sure you will EnJoy your stay!
