Posizione rispetto al mare. Piuttosto vicino alla stazione e ai super mercati. Personale gentile, ci hanno prestato un cavo per ricaricare il portatile. Camera grande. Balcone grande con tavolino e ombrellone. Parcheggio privato e gratuito.

Il motel non ha l'ascensore. Letto non comodissimo.

gemütliches Studio am Meer

Bescheidenes, ordentliches Studio mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Es verfügt über alles, was Sie für einen Kurzurlaub an der Côte d'Azur benötigen.Gute Lage für den Besuch anderer Orte wie Nizza, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco.....Ruhige Gegend, obwohl es an der Promenade selbst liegt. Für eine relativ günstige Unterkunft ein toller Ort.auch Parkplätze vorhanden

Agréable séjour

Très bon accueil, appartement conforme aux photos. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le balcon avec vue sur mer est très appréciable de même que la situation géographique. Le parking fermé la nuit est un plus.

Bon pour l'emplacement et le prix c'est une bonne halte possible sur la cote d'azur

Les chambres sont accessibles par une coursive arrière, certaines ont une vue mer laterale à l'ouest. Un parking de surface est possible autour de l'établissementsans supplement. Dans les appart hôtel il y a une cuisinette plutot vetuste et avec une ventilation faible. Dans la salle de bains-wc il y a aucune prise électrique ! difficile pour le rasoir et le sèche cheveux. La chambre elle même est de taille moyenne avec balcon., le lit est de 140 ! Mais bon pour l'emplacement et le prix c'est une bonne halte possible sur la cote d'azur.

Pas de prise elec dans la salle de bains. Meubles de cuisine vetuste.

I would like to stay again and I recommend it.

The location of the hotel is great. It is very pleasant to have breakfast with the sea view. The hotel was clean. There was no breakfast. But there are nice bakeries and restaurants nearby. Things like glasses, plates, forks, and pans are available in the room. There is no hairdryer. The beaches within walking distance of the hotel are generally pebbly. You should take a car to sandy beaches. The street where the hotel is located is very fun on summer evenings. Great for walking and cycling.

When we checked in at the hotel we could have been given a brochure in English with general rules and instructions.

The room had its own air conditioner and its own balcony where you could dry your swimwear. The bed linen was clean. Location was good. Private parkering.

The walls were dusty, the cupboards fell apart, the air conditioner clicked, the smoke detector pinged brightly. The double size bed was the smallest we have used on our travels. Everything seemed dirty and sloppy. About all this was too expensive

The nearby beach is not sandy, but with stones. However the closest sandy beach is close by car, bus or train.

lovely beaches, culture, airport and shoping mall nearby,

location, price, friendly landlady it was our final stop before departing from Nice Airport. To the airport takes less than 10 minutes by bus, luckily no noise from the planes, close to the Renoir Museum and the old city, plus close to pretty St Paul de Vence

The noise from the road. Cagnes-sur-Mer has a busy road between the boulevard and the city.

If we come back again in Nica we will stay at this place for sure! Great location, the owner is very kind and ready to help. Every room has a terrace with a sea view or garden view. We came by car so we liked the fence which opens by the code they give you at reception, so you dont need to worry when you will come back or to bring keys with you. Excellent experience!
