Friendly owner and great value for money.

Really great location and close to everything.

Not having your own shower in the room. I did know about it up front so it wasn’t misleading.

Lovely hosts, had a wonderful stay, booked again for next year

Everything was just perfect from being greeted at the door to handing our keys back when we booked out, couldnt have wished for a better place.

The owner was very friendly. The property was clean and comfortable.

We went to a relatives for breakfast but the location was excellent.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Family break

We were greeted with a smile which was nice. I was very happy with the size of the room we stayed in, very spacious. Very pleased we had parking so I didn't need to move my car.

A little disappointed with the shower pressure and size of the shower cubicle. Other than that, everything was spot on.

Superb

I liked the hosts very much. They're always up for a laugh. It's in a nice quiet area. Around the corner to the beach. The whole place is very clean.

The walk in shower was down the hall. The mattress want very comfortable.

Very close to everything, didn't have breakfast as like to have a lie in after staying out late. The room we had was excellent nice size spotlessly clean the proprietor even put us a fan in the room as it was quite warm would highly recommend

Best stay in Skegness

Close to centre skegness. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Room and WC was clean tidy and fresh. Breakfast was HUGE. Did'nt need lunch. A great comfortable stay and would stay here again. 5*

The only thing we disliked about this stay was the rain. But, brolly in hand just carried on.

The host Dave was very friendly and helpful. Good location, free parking off road. Clean and tidy throughout. Comfortable and quiet room.

I enjoyed my stay at the Mayfair, The owners were nice and friendly!

Breakfast was meant to be included but wasn't? Location was good just out of town. Was meant to be en suite but only had toilet and sink

No shower. Communal one was poor

Fitted our needs perfectly. Thank you.

Only there for a couple of nights, so up and off fairly early and back in the evening, therefore we didn't spend too much time in the building. The hotel was in an excellent location for the town centre, Dave was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We've never been to Skegness before and should we go again, we would have no problem staying there.

Absolutely Fantastic

There isn't much not to like! It's a lovely little place located a short walk from the Pleasure Beach and other attractions which is just what we wanted. The hosts were very friendly and were very generous with the tea/coffee facilities in our room which was greatly appreciated and the room itself was comfortable and clean. Could not recommend the place enough!

The shower wasn't the best, but honestly such a tiny criticism when everything was pretty much excellent.
