Effortless, a real treat

Everything. Big swimming pool. Spacious layout.

Ok, the room’s only windows are behind shutters that open onto a central courtyard. However, this is not a deal breaker. It’s not as if people are rushing past every two mins and looking into your room. Nobody did that with me.But some might not like it.

Es un hotel hermoso super recomendado Toda la tradición y cultura Momposina se encuentra ahí es central pero nada ruidoso

Podrían poner a disposición de los huéspedes agua fría o una nevera en las habitaciones con el clima es necesario estar hidratado y e hotel no cuenta con estos servicios

It is an experience to stay in hotel Doña Manuela; a very original stay in a wonderfully preserved colonial mansion.

Facilities are excellent. Staff is very kind.

The morning receptionist had a certain attitude. ( the evening receptionist was great). We were also OVERCHARCHED for a three and a half-hour extended stay, which I didn’t find particularly visitor friendly.

Amazing place

The hotel is amazing, its a huge place full of history, with clean and comfortable rooms. Recommended for couples of entire families

The staff could be more friendly and more willing to open the front gate when necessary (too early or late). On the other hand, there is some humidity in room #1.

Beautiful historic hotel

Beautiful historic hotel building in Mompox, close to the main square. Nice colombian breakfast (fruit, eggs and coffee). Nice gift shop with artisan items too!

The aircon took a while to work to cool down the room.

The house is beautiful, the rooms are big and cool, a real pleasure to come back in the hot hours. The pool is also really lovely to relax by.

Beautiful hotel, pool service and hygiene

Location, beautiful building and furniture, beautiful garden with amazing tree

Personal very low end, particularly at the breakfast, 3 people are standing on their phones, not interested, not helpful. Breakfast very basic and unhealthy, not good Rooms comfortable but very dark Pool was nice, but mostly not completely filled Toilets at the pools were disgusting, never toilet paper, no seating on toilets.

It is absolutely beautiful, staff is very pleasant.

Breakfast could be better, few options. They also had issues with card payments when we were there which was a huge problem as it is not a great idea to have large amounts in cash in Colombia.

Pleasant

Good location as it’s quite close to the restaurants and bars near the river. The architecture is historic and courtyards are beautiful

Service and attention to detail at this hotel are lacking. Staff were not helpful when we asked basic questions about transport. Although the hotel is housed in a historic convent, it’s not a boutique hotel and the service is certainly not personalized. On site restaurant was missing ingredients for their menu items when we tried to eat there. For the price that we paid here, we would have rather stayed at one of the smaller hotels near the river.
