ideal for a 2 night stay with a large family, safe area

the house was beautiful, spacious nice neat rooms, clean beddings

pool could have been cleaner, leaves i dnt mind but just couldnt see through the water..

Disappointed

The location was great. The place looked nice and the amazing set up

They only gave us the keys to the house at 12am after we arrived at past 9pm. They keep us waiting for over 2 hours. The pool was dirty and there were leaves everywhere

Unsafe and Terrible

This owner is an absolute nightmare. Staff were given access to the rooms even on Saturday morning to use the washing machine for the owner's other properties. Upon stating that this wasn't acceptable this owner completely lost himself and performed an ILLEGAL eviction that booking.com is simply not capable of actually attending to

This property should be delisted. It is illegal to remove a tenant from a premises with no warning. The owner of this property is incapable of running a professional business

It was a stay in a good location. Improvements on cleanliness and hospitality from the host can be made. A decent stay.

the amount of ants that were all over however there was an ant repellent spray in the room which helped

Do NOT be misled by the “Name”… BAD..!!

We were so much looking forward to this stay, I mean… “Sandton Hotel Apartments” but Please…. do NOT be misled, it’s NOT..!!!

It was NOT ready when we arrived…!! Still washing in the washing machine and in a basket in the middle of the floor. Some old food in the Fridge…!! 5 liter cans with Washing liquid and, and, and…. still standing around on the floor in the Kitchen….?? Broken down lights hanging out of the ceiling… the place really need some TLC, please. Good luck…!! For a few Dollars more, I would rather go and stay in the REAL Sandton… don’t be misled.

Beautiful home!

Everything was great, it's literally a home away from home. The staff was professional and friendly, and it was easy to locate the place. My friends and I had a good time. What you see on pictures is what you'll get :)

Happy and appreciative guest

The overall hospitality and the host was helpful and friendly. My stay was surely a memorable one. I was situated in a quiet area where I could also continue working as I was on a work-related trip.

I woke up to water shedding, and I was not made aware of this, so it was a bit of an inconvenience because there was little water available.

Extremely dissatisfied! Harrasing host

We had an issue with the toilet overflowing. When we called the host to help, he came to the property and was very aggressive toward us (just a group of ladies) to the point where we had to call the police. The next morning the host invaded our privacy by presenting himself inside the home at 7am while we were sleeping and started 'doing laundry'. He collected the linen from the empty beds IN the ladies sleeping areas while they were asleep. We felt extremely harrased, disrespected and violated.

I would recommend the apartments, it's a great place.

It was beautifil, clean and great facilities.

I booked for 2 apartments but i was with 1 other adult and kids, i should have booked for one but there was no option for that. so i paid for the second one for nothing.

Great.

I appreciated the location compared to my expectations. Then, the quality of the welcome of the owner, the very good level of the equipment of the apartment and its position which offers a very appreciable intimacy. The overall cleanliness is also very remarkable.

Small problem with the fridge. The cleaning staff had a little forgotten their cleaning. The smell was not very pleasant when I opened it. But I think it was a simple oversight that does not affect the general cleanliness of the apartment.

Superb

The Host Mr Billy Bells is one of the best Hosts I have ever encounter,I travel alot and I know superb customer service when I deal with it.I was upgraded to another bigger apartment buildings and Billy Allowed to check out late,as I was still exhausted.God Bless Billy man

I would recommend staying here. Billy was an attentive host, yet gave us our privacy.

The flat is very comfortable and clean. The linen is high quality, and there is enough basic kitchen equipment. The complex where the flat is situated is obviously well run, and the pool area is great. The television has Netflix and the internet didn't give us any problems. Billy was very communicative and friendly.

It was very hot during our visit so it would have been nice to have a fan. I'm a Ceylon tea drinker so I was disappointed that there was only rooibos and coffee supplied, but to be fair there are shops very close by. On the whole it's an excellent apartment.

The host was really nice. The home was clean and very comfortable and made for a really nice family Christmas venue.

They do not really allow visitors even if they’re not there to sleep over , but host was really nice about it.
