Overall, the apartment was clean and comfortable

Central location. Close to the beach. Close to old town

The hostess was not around to ask questions. We saw her when we arrived, and when we paid for the apartment. Those were the only time. She was also evasive when we asked her if she lived there or where would we get a hold of her. She said "I am around here all the time." But she was not

Superb

A few minutes from the beach. Also from local shops and tavernas. The private courtyard was lovely even though I didn't use it. The apartment was very well equipped, had I decided to do self catering. Was very impressed.

A lot of building work going on. A very narrow street for the taxi driver to navigate!! A bit run down as an area.

Lovely people and clean decent apartment

Host was helpful and very pleasant. The apartment has basic facilities and good location for basic shopping requirements. Overall satisfied.

OK for two nights any longer we would of found alterative room or hotel.

The property was nothing like it appeared on the photos, very small balcony with no view to shout about. No kettle only a camping stove provided with a small pot that made one cup at a time lighter or matches required by yourself if not a smoker. Quite a long distance from the bus station if you have cases 7 euros taxi fare, and in our opinion too far away from the old harbor to enjoy a night out by walking, although there are good restaurants nearby. Thankfully we were only there for two nights.

Roula is a new friend and we’ll stay there again

the garden was amazing, cool under the tree and private with bonus gorgeous looking cats. very cheap for chains and a very short walk to the city centre. just a few meters from the sea front/beach

We had a wonderful 3 weeks stay.

Very close to beach and restaurants. Walk in distance to Chania Old Town. Shady small garden with good seats. Spacy apartment, especially the bathroom with a lot of space to put your toiletries. Even two big things to put your towels to dry. Kostas is quick in answering your questions by WhatsApp. Roula is very kind, social and nearby.

Offcourse there are some small things to improve but considering the pricesegment is not worth to mention.

Location was superb… 150 m from the beach and a lovely 25 minute walk into Chania old town. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and we would return

Beautiful apartment at an amazing value. It is really close to the beach, 3 minutes walk, and close to the city center, 15 minutes walk. Clean and quiet, truly recommend it.

Kostas and his mum were great, always ready to help you. Although the apartment doesn't have the sea view, it's really 2 minutes walk from the beach. Around there are plenty of restaurants and mini markets

Very good location, just a couple of minutes walk from Nea Chora beach. Supermarket and bakery close by. About a 15 minute walk to Chania harbour. Good contact with Kostas, his mum gave us the key & she was just lovely & very welcoming. Apartment had everything we needed for a great stay in Chania.

The location is perfect, just 100 meters from the beach, and just a short walk from the beautiful old city. Lots of seaside restaurants nearby. The host is extremely professional, helpful and always available.

Owner treat us like family .First time in Greece I'll never forget it. Apartment was close to the beach. Very clean ,comfortable and high standard with an outside terrace. Definitely I will come back there cause is worth it .Highly recommended it.
