Villa of 125m2 standing, terraced, in a secure park, with 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 and 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
The stay in the villa can last from one to several weeks.
The house built in 2006, Provencal style, comprises approximately 125m2 of living space on two levels. It is located on a plot of 700m2 in a secure residence. The fully renovated villa is located about 1.3km from a very large and beautiful sandy beach, very nice and very easy to access. You will not have any traffic jams to get there and can take advantage of the shuttle bus whose stop is located at the entrance of the Parc des Chênes estate.
The ground floor comprises a 40m2 living-dining-room with a fireplace, a separate toilet, a bedroom with bathroom with double sinks and a shower. From the living room you access the terrace.
The bedroom on the ground floor, with French window overlooking the garden in the shade of the mimosas, has a large bed of 160 x 200.
The fully equipped kitchen; pyrolysis oven, microwave, ceramic hob, full cookware, built-in dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, as well as a round white table with four chairs or can be taken breakfast and / or meals. The patio door of the kitchen also opens onto the terrace.
In the garage accessible by the kitchen you will find the washing machine, an ironing board with steam iron as well as additional chairs as well as umbrellas for the terrace.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, two open to the south. Two rooms have a large double bed (160 x 200), the third has two twin beds (90 x 200). Upstairs are also a bathroom with double sinks and a bath and a separate toilet.

The villa is located less than 5 minutes from the beaches by car or free bus (stop in front of the field) and the center of Croix Valmer (market place and main shops within walking distance in 10 minutes).
