Close to everything and good for the price
Breakfast was decent but the eating area was too small. We had to eat in our room due to facility space
Just need to update the pool area or add more privacy so it doesn't over look the street

Disappointing
Full HBO movie channels Very strong wifi Power did not go out despite extremely bad weather outside one evening for several hours Ice cold AC Excellent proximity to event venues and stores Rear door access to our room avoided lobby and long walk up two flights of stairs The shower was excellent. It was very spacious with a swinging door. No bathtub feature. There was a wall mounted vertical hand rail for bathroom play if you were traveling as a couple or meeting someone. There is food and drink vending on the third floor. Men's and women's bathrooms on the second floor.
Very pricy given the experience at breakfast and lack of functional laundry The mattresses in our room had been damaged heavily by dogs tearing them up with chewing and scratching. One of our pillows needed to be replaced. The sheets would not remain on the beds as the elastic was bad. Do not park under trees because severe weather can come up unexpectedly. A number of guests at other hotels had trees fall on their cars. An extreme cinder block wall collapsed during the visit due to high wind at the pool enclosure. Permanent lady related to owner was rude to us at breakfast. She walks up and says you cannot take your food or plate back to you room (at $74 a night I cannot eat breakfast in my room?). The issue was she did not want us taking a second serving from breakfast. The eggs initially taste good, but then... Recurring diarrhea every time we ate their breakfast. On one occasion several spoiled yogurts were put out as though they had been recycled. We had stomach aches and diarrhea multiple days after eating only their breakfast. Same woman gave the kids a dirty look when they returned from the room to get syrup for pancakes they brought back. My advice, do not eat the breakfast eggs unless you want the runs and stomach upset. Test the yogurt before eating with smell test and visual inspection. Most times it was ok. But one day it had gone bad. Black Mold was in the hallway on the ceiling on level 1 outside the rooms. Black mold around rear entry door from leaking window on second story flooding rear stairwell access around ground level entry/exit. A major storm resulted in flooding on one side of the building from wind driven rain entering ac units. Laundry room was out of service. We had to have our room keys reset at least five separate times because they kept blanking out. They use insertable, magnetic cards. You cannot keep them near a phone of other magnetic items of any kind. You also cannot get the room keys hot, i.e.

Pricy, but overall Great
Lots of side item options. Kids loved the fruit cups and powdered eggs. Excellent HBO package. We also appreciate the solitude of the rooms and being left alone. The pool was excellent as well. Loved the large shower with its own light and towel bars over toilet and in shower door. Breakfast and HBO with ice cold AC were definitely the highlights. I wish they had bacon.
The elastic was worn out in the bed sheets so they kept coming off. The hotel needs new sheets. The mattresses were damaged substantially on the bottom side that had been flipped down from being chewed on by a large dog with a prior guest. The toilet rocked in the bathroom. The sausage patties did not taste good.

Pricy, but Good HBO and Breakfast
Breakfast is great - powered eggs that taste good, biscuit, sausage patties, waffle cakes with syrup, cereal, 2 percent milk, orange juice (I did not like the taste), water, coffee. Highly recommend the eggs. Great HBO. Large showers with a vertical grab bar if you have sexy company. Great for shower time fun if you need to brace lol. Big shower but no tub. Great for content creators or naughty adults. No additional charge for pets. Cats allowed.
About $74 a night Pool Nazis at the front desk never fail to visit pool area if you or family go out there. No drinks of any kind. Rules are enforced so bring a bag to keep drinks in if you plan to bring water or anything into pool area. Bugs in pool. The plastic flaps kept coming off the traps and floating across the pool. The keys had to be reset a few times during our short stay. Make sure you use the Do not disturb sign. They kept opening the door in the morning to clean and such until we put the sign up. Mostly we just want to be left alone when traveling - low maintenance guests. The laundry room was out of service. It was filled with fog inside the building in the laundry room. No idea why or what was broken.

Superb
Location was great. Staff was friendly. Good price for what was offered.
Pool closed at 10pm. Bathroom had a sliding door instead of an actual door. Front door closes and only way in is back door up stairs.
