Na to, že jsme si připlatili za apartmán, tak bylo poměrně málo místa na sušení a odkládáni mokrých věcí. A trochu nás zklamalo, že jsme dostali jiný apartmán, než byl na fotkách při rezervaci.

very nice stay I would like to come back:)

very comfortable, lovley breakfeast and dinner, very convinient for families.

We were missing bar/ reustarant for coffe, bear just to seat and play with familiy in the evening when the water world is closed. Lack of keattle and /or cofee machine in the room or even the building. It's pity that such place is closed during Mon- Thu we were not lucky with timming. Such place should leave and restaurant s as well as really in the village is only Koliba Janosic open.

The room did not have a fan or AC but it was not a big issue. Buffet dinner was average ,could do with more options for the price we pay.

Amazing stay for skiing and wellness

The hotel was simply great. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, the food amazing and the wellness part was brand new and very well done. I would definately stay here again. Outstanding quality for value.

We had only very minor inconveniences because some things were different than indicated on Booking. For instance, we were surprised that everything was in separate building, when arriving we could not find our house, for instance. On the other hand, we expected the wellness to charge extra, but they were included in the price.

Amazing experience!

Amazing resort, everything was what we could see on their website and more. The breakfast is great, the wellness area is a must go, absolutely amazing! The staff is also great, could not recommend this place more! We will definitely come back!

- no protection for the stairs in the apartment (dangerous for kids: a simple gate would be enough) - no restaurant service a la carte :( - game for kids next to the pool practically unaccessible

Exceptional

Super comfy stay for a family with a toddler. We liked the playground near the restaurant, swimming pool and we enjoyed short treks in the vicinity. Room was spacious and clean.

The room was a bit dark and pillows were uncomfortable.

Very comfortable traditional hotel in a quiet area but you have to plan when to eat

A lovely hotel at the end of the village, they offer a selection of traditional cottages and rooms in bigger buildings. They look a bit artificial but that's because they are new and built according to current standards. Breakfast is very good with great selection, the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Parking is no problem, there are spots in front of your building.

I think the facilities need to offer a bit more. First, I couldn't find any fridge, I didn't expect any kitchen but a minifridge in a hotel room is quite common. Second, even getting food in the evening is not the easiest task, we arrived on Monday at 20:15, the main restaurant closed earlier, I think at 20:00, even though on Google Maps it says 22:00. The one in the pool building was closing just when we were collecting the keys. I tried to google something around, I found only one delivery and they didn't pick up, it was obviously too late. We didn't want to scout around for an open restaurant with a tired kid so we went to sleep and did some research on the next day.

The gym opens at 9 am which is way too late for everyone either working or traveling with little children! Just the gym not swimming pool should open at least at 6 am!

Very beautiful place

Very beautiful place! The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a transfer if you, like us, do not have your own car. I noticed a lot of resting children. In the evening we saw a cartoon on the bar's summer terrace. There are many hiking trails in the mountains in the area. Highly recommend!

I really did not find a hairdryer in the bathroom. But we were only there for a day, and I didn't need it. But I think my question would be solved quickly at the reception, because the receptionists was very nice.

Beautiful setting and the landscaping,beautiful flowers and trees that attract butterflies and birds. Property that corresponds with traditional architecture. Plenty activitues for kids.

I would appreciate having the possibility of dining after 8PM.

days old food served in breakfast. dinner from 18 to 20, and you run out of main courses at 19? we had to argue for 10 mins for the kitchen to cook something new. i understand it is the off season, but staff being drunk during dinner service is not acceptable

We liked everything. Got a lovely cottage instead of a simple room we booked. Modern style combined with warm goral wood! Well equiped kitchen. Peace & quiet.... just so good! Great both dinner & breakfast! Very confortable bed. Stuff also helpfull ❤

I missed a shelf under the bathroom mirror, no place to put hygine stuff....

Great breakfast and dinner. Nice resort. Lots of attraction like bowling, gym, pool, billiard, etc. Close to Donovaly ski centrum. Huge apartment. 80m2.

There was no oven in the kitchen. All else just perfect.
