Maximum satisfied

Very clean apartment. Position also nice, near by metro station. Owner was very friendly. Before the stay he explained us and recommended lot of good points to visit. We discussed almost 1 hour about it.

Parking for small car only. But he found garage parking near by the apartment.

Lovely guest house in a great location

Great, secure location close to the train station (less than 5 mins walk). The bed was comfortable, the shower was a good size with good water pressure. Windows had insect screens but there was also the option to use the air conditioner (would recommend due to noise from the trains). Communication with Antonio and check in was straightforward.

Parking is limited and it wasn’t possible to accommodate our car due to its size (medium sized Jeep). Also don’t bother with the breakfast that it’s included at the cafe down the street, probably the worst coffee I had the entire month we were in Italy and the croissant was equally as bad. That said I think these things are minor and I’d definitely stay again.

A great place to stay in Napoli

The b&b is very clean and comfortable . Great beds and decoration , big bathroom ,small fridge , huge closets , a little balcony , air condition and a really kind and helpful host , Antonio. His advice and suggestions were really great .We felt really safe with the 24h security in a very good location near everything one may need (metro, supermarket). Parking space was an extra advantage .The common area was cute with free coffee all day long (wish we had breakfast there).Thank you Antonio ,hope to visit again...

Everything was great but if I could think of something that needs improvement is the breakfast. I think due to covid it is served in a small cafe near the b&b .People there are amazing and did everything they could to please us but the quality and the quantity of food is a little poor.

Cute B&B in a very quiet and strategic area

Very clean and refurbished B&B in the heart of a quiet area. You can reach the city centre by a 30 minutes walk or taking the train in Mergellina station, which we did very often.

The rooms are very small but that's not a problem, since you spend most of the day visiting the city. The main problem is the VERY thin walls: you can only hope you have quiet neighbours, since you can clearly hear every single word/noise.

Location is perfect. Antonio was very sweet and caring. Clean rooms and beds.

Breakfast could have been better. Giving a voucher to go and eat in a small cafe restaurant is not worth for the money we pay. Disappointed with that

Rooms and location are ok, but very big deception about breakfast

The apartment offers al lot of comfort: spacious rooms, well equiped and big bathrooms, small but nice terrace, a common space with coffee facilities. The host is very friendly and offers a lot of information of what is possible to do in Napoli. LOcation is out of the busy center of Napoli and very near to Mergelina train / metro station. Mind: a steep climb to reach the accomodation.

Their website would make you think the rooms are in a cosy house. Wrong: rooms are in apartment building on 5th floor. Also they show you pictures of a luxuriuos breakfast. Wrong: we got a voucher to get some tasteless breakfast in a café downhill with very unfriendly attention.

The apartment is excellent, spotlessly clean, well ventilated, very comfortable, spacious and great location. I was very well received by the host. I really recommend the place.

Would book a stay here again!

Room was very clean, the staff was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations, train connections, tour booking and when we had an issue with the shower(due to previous renter) it was quickly resolved. Very high marks!

For sure next time we will go and recommend to all

Room was meticulously clean very nice decorated, only 3 min to metro station and only 2 stations to the heart of Napoli, Antonio and Isabella were really respectful and supportive by all guidance and allowed us have late check out even. Breakfast was normal by a voucher of one cafe which only 200 steps away from room. Although there was breakfast vouchers they are Generous enough to leave some candy, chocolate, tea… nest to your room.

Nothing really, you may think is a little pricy but considering all factors that’s value for money and prefect

Superb

The location is great and the host is very friendly and helpful. The way to B&B is a bit difficult because it's a narrow street(like in most part of Napoli). We met the traffic on the day we arrived, and the host showed up in time and led us to the free parking next to the B&B. The room is clean and comfortable and with ELEVATORE(not common in old towns) The building is next to the metro/train station so it's possible to hear the train pass by with the windows closed.

Nothing really;). Except for may be the breakfast was a bit of a misunderstanding with the local cafe. But this is due to the language barrier and not due to the Isa Guest rooms, which did the best they could.

Everything was really good. Also the availability of coffee/tee and coffee at rooms was an advantage. And croissants at the local coffee shop (when we finally got them for prepaid breakfast:)) were so good that we bought ones to take away as well. And special thanks a lot to Antonio, the local contact for Isa Guest rooms - he is the best and very helpful indeed!

Very good

Location is nice, with train station with train to center and other places like Pompeii, restaurants closeby. The free parking is an absolute positive side when travelling by rental car (or own car). Very friendly host which was very helpful. Free nice coffee

The breakfast was in an external place. They said this was because of covid. In the external place it was just coffee and a croissant. Nothing near what was being advertised in the booking page which was a disappointment.

Location is great - there is a train station nearby (5 min walk) with direct trains to Pompei, Salerno, City Center. Host is also very nice and helpful, he takes time to give you tips and suggestions for places to visit.

Scellent location and a great host

Excellent location, just two metro stops (5 min) from the city center but in a safe and quiet (and rich) neuf our good near the seaside promenade. The room was in a modern apartment building, with excellent facilities, sparkling clean. Antonio was a great host, taking time to explain a lot to us about Napoli, and available at all times for any questions. We

The only minor thing to improve is breakfast that you have to take in a small café nearby, which only includes a hot beverage and a croissant. You have to pay extra for juice (2.5€ for a tiny bottle). The stuff does not speak any English at all and they could definitely improve in friendliness.

Very nice and comfortable guest room. Parking spot is super handy. Located 2 min walk from the train station that leads directly to the archeological museum, Sansevero and Naples historical center. The breakfast is incredible with fresh and typical Naples bakeries every day. The employees are very nice and go above and beyond to help you.
