I was not satisfied with my stay no micro wave , and the all night Gym

It’s in the right location

There was a lot of banging all hour of the night because there is a Gym on the 3rd floor

Hay un gimnasio en el piso superior que abre a las 6 am. En mi habitación, que eataba un piso abajo, se escuchaba muchos golpes en el techo (piso del gimnasio) que hacía imposible descansar mientras el gimnasio estuviera operando.

The location of the hotel was pleasant and convenient.

The Front Desk Service was good.

I will never stay there again. They advertise as a “luxurious” hotel but it is far from it and should be considered fals

Staff was lovely. The property is terrible.

Most things. My first room had a huge window to the hotel’s laundry room. When the rain fell I could see water coming in through the roof and falling into electrical sockets. The bathroom smelled like sewage; the towels had hair in them; room service didn’t come when I asked and when they did they simply made the bed, left the hairy towel and didn’t even take out the dirty teacup. The second room was not smelly but it was right below the weight room in the gym above and on the side of traffic. It was therefore extremely loud and reverberated everytime someone dropped weights on the ground (all the time) or a big truck passed. The food was also not great and yet it was still very expensive.

Good location but not great service.

The gym is located on the 3rd floor and my room was directly below it so quite noisy from 6 am to 9 pm with heavy weights being dropped constantly. My room was never cleaned during my stay.

Great location but hotel could do with some improvements.

Bed and bedding we're comfortable. Good WiFi and aircon in room (though no aircon in public areas).

All a bit shabby and worn. No free water in rooms, and only toiletry was a small bar of soap. Lots of noise from road outside and also from other rooms (it sounded like all-night furniture removals in room above).

Besides a few minor things, I did enjoy being there

I never had the breakfast. I loved the location and it's easy access to the city.

I did not like, the gym above that woke you up early in the morning with the noise and banging.

Lack of Housekeeping, stayed for 8 nights and room was only cleaned ONCE after going and requesting this to the lobby. The process of having to hang a sign on your door to ask for housekeeping does not meet standards

bathtub can be a bit cleaner . tiles need scrubbing a bit . coffee pot or hot water kettle would be great in the room .

Good air conditioner at rooms, nice restaurant but short menu.

Wifi was not available, they provide you a wifi code valid for only one device. Couldn't work properly, not recommended for business travelers. Too many mistakes at frontdesk staff, room was not available at the arrive. They did the check out automatically one day before than the reservation.

Very good

Location was excellent. Value for money was great. Front desk staff and housekeeping were both very polite friendly and helpful.

Room was outdated. TV was awkward and not good satellite reception. Noise from gym was loud.

mid-range hotel - not too good, not too bad.

Decent mid-range hotel, spacious and light rooms but basic in terms of furniture etc.

low grade bed linnen. Street noise can be a nuisance day-time. You will hear sounds from the gym on top floor.
