Gezellige plek met ruime appartementen/huizen

Gezellig opgezette huizen/appartementen. Aangename omgeving door de gezellige tuin. Kinderen kunnen hier leuk spelen, er is ook speelgoed aanwezig. Appartement had meerdere verdiepingen, erg ruim met nette keuken en badkamer. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime slaapkamers met kasten en bureau. Op zolder waren meerdere slaapkamers en een loft. Overal rolluiken om het donker te maken.

Het was erg warm in huis, en het koelde niet af.

Prima voor een kort verblijf

De locatie is een goede uitvalsbasis. Het huisje was netjes en alles was aanwezig. Je kon lekker op het balkon zitten in de zon. Het was makkelijk te vinden en de trein om de hoek is natuurlijk ook perfect.

We werden bericht over toeristenbelasting en dat wij onze gegevens moesten doorgeven voor de zogenaamde toeristenpas die vervolgens niet klaar lag zoals beloofd. Verder was er in ons verblijf geen bankje aanwezig. TV kijken was op 2 niet lekker zittende stoelen in de doorloop naar de trap. Het licht in de keuken kon niet uit en omdat de slaapkamer geen deur heeft was het snachts dus behoorlijk licht. De bedden vielen ons tegen voor Duitse begrippen.

Alles in allem sehr schön. Sehr zu empfehlen. Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Perfekte Lage für unseren Besuch auf der Bodenseeklassik, aber auch für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad. Alles in allem perfekt und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Tolle Küchenausstattung Sehr kinderfreundlich

In unserem Appartment gab es einen Esstisch mit 5 Stühlen. Der Tisch roch leider sehr muffig und auf den Stühlen konnte man nur sehr ungemütlich sitzen. Das war sehr schade, da wir gerne zusammen als Familie essen und Brettspiele spielen. Dies war an dem Tisch nicht möglich.

Eine schöne Unterkunft am Bodensee

- Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber - Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder sind super, ein sehr großer Auswahl an Fortbewegungsmitteln wie zum Beispiel Buggy, Traktor, Tretrollers etc. - Wohnungsausstattung ist gut bis sehr gut, alles vorhanden, nur Backofen mit Mikrowellenfunktion hat uns leider nicht überzeugt, eine extra Mikrowelle wäre wünschenswert und die Kopfkissen könnten ein wenig größer sein.

- Anfangskommunikation lief sehr unglücklich, sowohl die automatisch generierten E-Mails als auch die persönlichen Antworten auf Anfragen waren teilweise sehr verwirrend. Die Formulierung „bitten um die UMGEHENDE Erledigung“ sollte man vielleicht überdenken - Teilweise doch schon sehr laut, da die Straße direkt anliegt, hört man auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern alles deutlich - die Regelung, dass man das Geschirr bei der Abreise nicht in die Spülmaschine sondern bereits im Schrank haben muss

Die dauerhafte Lüftung in der Wohnung. Besonders weil man nicht dazu informiert wird. Es gibt Personen die nur bei absoluter Ruhe schlafen können und da kann eine dauerhafte Lüftung wirklich störend sein.

Top Haus , sehr sauber und ruhige Lage.

Alles sehr sauber und abends kein Lärm, alles super ruhig und die Matratzen waren einfach super , wie zu Hause. Es hat an nix gefehlt .Beim nächsten Bodensee Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder hier hin .

Modern No frills apartment

Apartment is bright, modern and adequately equipped for a few nights stay. We had to put on the covers for the pillows and duvets ourselves, as these were placed neatly on the beds.The railway station is just 3 minutes walk away, and the bus-stop slightly further. However, it is quite a long bus ride to Friedrichshafen Stadt. Use of the ironing board and iron is communally shared, and use of washing machine and tumbler is charged individually and located in the basement of one of the apartments.

The washbasin in the bathroom is very small and floods easily; would have been nice if extra towels could be supplied to mop up the mess after each washing. TV is in an awkward position, just above two big chairs and one has to be careful not to knock one's head when getting up from the chair.

The apartment is perfect for a stay at Bodensee region. We plan to come back to the region during summer, and for sure we will try to stay in the same apartment.

it’s comfortable and spacious. discovering the cockroach is the downfall

very spacious and convenient

during the stay, we found 3 cockroaches on different days. since we have baby, we were quite concern for the hygiene everyday, worrying the roaches might crawl the baby stuff. it’s a pity to discover the cockroach problem, otherwise the rest is good

Very quick and nice bike ride to lake. Great parking. Great apt for the price

Bed was not made on arrival. Guest had to put on pillowcase and duvet. Better pillows or more of them would improve stay. Extra towels.

Lovely apartments close to Friedrichshafen

The arrival instructions and required key box codes were given in advance of arriving and the apartments were very clean and comfortable. I will stay here again if there is availability!

Some shower gel would have been great but I appreciate that this is just a very small thing.

Looks good in photos but is underwhelming and disappointing

Looks nice but disappointed. We paid €35 for dog cleaning but on arrival there was white dog hair everywhere not from our non shedding dog. Pillows on the bed are horrible no extra supplied. Kitchen dishes/pans not washed up properly. No battery in TV remote. Quite loud from the cars outside. Nowhere comfy to sit to relax.

Great stay in a lovely flat

The flat was great clean and well equiped. We were 3 people and it was perfect. The location is quite and near city center to enjoy the lake.

Recommended for families with kids.

Nice small playground for kids with a few toys just in the garden although some of the toys were broken. Good for kids to play whilst parents prepare a lunch or unpacking things.

The kitchen table is too low to be able to seat normally with the available chairs. The chairs or the table need to be replaced to be able to seat properly. Quite steep stairs to the upper floor, dangerous for small kids without constant attention.
