We really enjoyed our stay as we love the cairngorms. Garden very safe for granddaughter.

excellent location in Aviemore. It did take me 25 mins to walk to the centre.

I was a bit short on forks and was always having to wash them. The chopping boards were a bit worst for wear. It is probably just me me as I hate scored boards that can harbour bacteria.. Information on the dishwasher would have been handy and may save money if I could have worked it out using the eco wash.

Great little house, will definitely be staying again next time we’re skiiing

The house was perfect, great location and fabulous facilities. Even though it was winter the house stayed lovely and warm.

The only one issue we had was there was no blinds up in the main bathroom.

Holiday home

1. I was impressed that we had a little Christmas tree. 2. 2 bathrooms. 3. Kitchen well equipped. 4. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and about everything you need for a quick breakfast + extra choclate and wine which tells how great is the host/ House owner. 5. Nice areea to go for walks and we could sledging near the golf club.

I think that if the bedrooms had had a wardrobe, it would be perfect and more like at home. But for a week stay, was ok.

Most enjoyable stay

It was a self catering house which was well equipped and very clean. Off road parking.

The front of the house didnt look very well kept with a plastic tree at the door and a gate which needs rehanging

Beautiful location- spacious clean lovely property with a garden and driveway. We were very surprised by how nice it was!

A week wasnt long enough.

Piazzariach and the local Chippy are worth a mention, both very good value and only a few minutes walk away. For us the location was a base for roadtrips to Assynt and Wester Ross as well as several locations in the Cairngorms national park.

Lovely place to go around the Cairngorms walks.

The location was great, not far from the center of Aviemore. It was a walking distance. The house was quiet and there were lovely birds on the back garden.

Great facilities Good size rooms. Fantastic value. Great location. Everything we needed for a week. Owners were very helpful with advice... Highly recommended.

Front room lighting could be more warm and welcoming and bigger cushions on sofa...

Well equipped house, perfect for family

A lot of facilities available at the property, very well equiped kitchen: from microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine with detergents and a big fridge -freezer. Good wifi, an enclosed garden which was good for our son. There are supermarket near by, although we did use the car to do the grocery. The house was clean with bedding, towel and kitchen towel provided. There are some sugar, tea and instant coffee available as well as some salt and pepper. Although we did not use them, there was a cot and highchair available. Convenient location but having a car is better. The place was quiet the week we went there.

To be really picky, there was no coffee machine, however there is a scale if you want to bake or do more intense cooking. We also had to buy a big bottle of cooking oil, which was fine as we were travelling by car but that we would probably have to discard if travelling by plane or train. Also, the vacuum did not seem to be working properly. But altogether, those are small details and did not impact our stay too much!

Good

Well equipped kitchen for cooking and supplies eg washing machine cleaning things.safe enclosed garden. Was a great base for the family if your just coming in and out from busy days

The WiFi didn't work for anyone except on the TV and it was a little further out from the town then expected. No sun in the garden after lunchtime so not really able to sit out and enjoy it at night if that's what your hoping for

We were spoiled with fantastic weather for March, enabling us to enjoy the superb walks in the area.

Great location, easy access to Speyside Way, and Aviemore orbital, great for walks straight from the house.

Second time we have stayed at this property. Met all our needs and more.

Suited our family needs perfectly. Quiet location but convenient for Aviemore and the Cairngorms.

WiFi was a bit temperamental otherwise everything fine.

Great base for exploring the Cairngorms

Great location, super clean

Heating temperature in the living room extremely difficult to control. Main bedroom lacked wardrobe space.

A very comfortable place to stay.

Flexibility of the accommodation. Location. Quick response to query about the heating and replacing a light bulb.

The table mats could do with being replaced.

Bungalow brilliance.

The back garden and segregated bedrooms off the living room were great for young kids. Living room was nice and open. Great access to the oribtal paths meaning you could walk into town without going near the busier roads. Shed was a good size for storing bikes.

Very good

Location, comfort, heating, well equipped, quiet area

Dishwasher was not working, and some of the dishes and glasses in cupboards where dirty, other than that we loved it

Practical, spacious, good host, undermined by not 'quite clean' and dated/not working appliances

Well organised host. Decent location on outskirts of Aviemore. Plenty of space, inside and outside storage for bikes/kayaks. Great showers/bathrooms with plenty of hot water after cold days on hills/river.

Superficially cleaned, but not 'deep cleaned'. Some areas/dishes etc felt grubby/needed rewashing. Dishwasher did not clean well. Needs someone to live there for a week to make the small improvements; eg toaster not fully working, oven hob poor control/not reliable or efficient to cook on. All points that can be 'lived with', but could easily be improved.

Superb

Excellent place for 3 adults and 2 children (4 & 10 months) to spend 4 nights. Perfect location ( 15/20 min walk to the centre of town. 5 minutes walk to coop/pizza/chippy.

Struggling to think of anything so if I did think of something it would be overly fussy.
