Very good

The room was clean and the amenities were great.

The staff made a lot of changes to the room and it was a bit inconvenient having to accommodate them.

Good

The apartment is comfortable to stay and it provides all kinds of kitchen utensils. Besides, the washing machine and drying machine are both free to use.

On the first floor of the condominium, you need to tap in room card before taking the elevator, so that’s safe. However, the problem is that when you arrive your apartment, the door would not automatically shut when closing the door. It means that someone else could have chance to open the door from outside. This remains safety issues.

Exceptional

The experience was exceptional in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Not only were there numerous restaurants conveniently located nearby, but the beach and park also provided a delightful environment to enjoy. What truly stood out was the remarkable attentiveness of the staff, who went above and beyond by preparing a comprehensive manual with translations for all the devices. This level of preparation and thoughtfulness was unprecedented and greatly appreciated.

There’s only 1 key card for 6 people bedroom. So we needed to wait on the first floor for others, so they will be able to enter the building. It will be great if they will provide at least 3 key cards for such big rooms.

Exceptional

The location was very good - very close to American village and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was super clean and spacious for a family. The facilities provided in the kitchen are sufficient. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

The location was amazing as it was a quick walk to the nearest beach also the proximity to American Village was just as convenient.
