The facility was beautiful. Our room was very nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. However it was -20 outside and the heat in our room did not work. We woke up and our room was 61°. When I mentioned it to the front deal she just told me they'd tell maintenance..I had to wear my winter coat in the room it was so cold.

Moved to a different room or offered my money back. The conditions were unacceptable

Great location. Very clean facility, that goes for the room, restaurant, pool, lobby and hallways.

It was okay but bc of the pool not being able to be used it wasn’t the best we have been to

Amenities were nice Food was excellent Rooms were so huge

The pool is so cold you can’t swim caked Asher to turn up heater was told they can’t do anything about the pool temperature. Was disappointed bc we came to just relax and swim. Probably won’t stay there again due to not being able to use the pool and they advertise for a HEATED pool

Superb

Very new and modern. Right off of I-80. Close to food, entertainment , gas, coffee. Comfy bed. Quiet.

The bathroom has a frosted glass wall and sliding frosted glass door. Noise travels thru the glass. If one gets up to use the bathroom during the night the bathroom light illuminates the whole room. Stupid design. Shower floor was dangerously slippery.

A great place to relax and refresh after a long day of travel

Easy access to the interstate in a fairly quiet area. Tesla superchargers just across the street. Hotel is modern and clean with attentive staff. I would without hesitation stay here again or recommend it to other travelers.

The in room fridge was a little louder than I prefer.

great clean place near the freeway.

newer, clean facility. staff were helpful. beds clean and comfortable. Bathroom was nicely stocked with towels, and it was nice and clean.

Breakfast was a disappointment. I ordered the oatmeal with berries on top. I got precisely 3 blueberries and may half a small strawberry. To say the least, I thought it was very skimpy.

door lock did not work so keys would not work. Never did get room keys front staff had to let us in each time. absolutely no hot water in the morning for showers.

You 1shift front desk employee is amazing. I wish I could remember her name. She is fantastic

Many arguments with the manager about noise. A man showed up in a towel when she knocked. I have videos of this as well as her telling me that we could leave even though we weren’t being loud. Constant calls about noise and kids. Kids coming to our door knocking and running away. AC did not work. Terrible experience. Likely to never come back.

Front desk worker was wonderful- other guests made the stay absolutely awful.

Very clean

The loud, drunken party that spilled through all of the common areas and screaming kids running up and down hallways and slamming doors.
