Wir waren froh nicht länger bleiben zu müssen

Eigentlich nicht so viel, ausser dass man von der Rückseite des Gebäudes direkten Zugang zum Zimmer hatte u. das Personal freundlich war

Das Zimmer war düster und es roch unangenehm bzw nach Mief. Das Mobiliar war auch nicht ansprechend und die Matratzen nicht so toll ( man merkte dass es keine gute Qualität war). Insgesamt war der Eindruck nicht so positiv u das Hotel bedürfte unserer Meinung einer grundlegenden Sanierung/Neuausrichtung.

The front desk clerk is my only complaint. Everything else was fine/as expected.

If was fine. Not great, not bad.

Biggest complaint: your night desk person went AWOL for an hour when we tried to check in! I've never had that happen before. He gave some lame excuse about how he was doing laundry and forwarded the front desk phone to the wrong #. Say what? Since when is the front desk of a motel not staffed at the time of evening (8 p.m.) when people are checking in after a long drive?!!

Beautiful location, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast

The view of the Black Hills is amazing from the Hill top location. The check in was fast and friendly. The motel has upgraded their pool and hot tub. The breakfast is wonderful.

Wish we could have stayed longer. The only negative was that room above us had a loud stomper.

Very Happy with my stay at this hotel!

Breakfast offers the typical selection of hot and cold options. Everything was fresh and delicious. Staff was on hand to keep things refreshed and provide help to guests. Plenty of seating available as well. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Easy access to both the parking and all of the amenities in the hotel.

Some of the toiletries in our room were missing or needed to be refilled. Easily got what we needed as soon as we asked.

Place to Remember

I loved the pool & hot tub, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, good shower, the substantial breakfast, & good location.

Nothing to dislike.

It was comfortable enough for one night, wouldn't want to extend my stay.

When we checked in, the staff was exceptional. Welcoming and friendly. He had our reservation ready and we were checked in within minutes. I am not sure what time breakfast ran to, but they were cleaning it up at 9am, so we just grabbed a banana for the road.

Our room was not very clean, and the smoke detector was on the counter. We had to ask for more toilet paper, blankets and went to the pool area for more towels. The pool had a big glob of hair floating by the steps. We went in the hot tub and the foam was overwhelming.

Hot tub was broken toilet had poop all on the side asked for a coffee pod for coffee machine in room and was told no that the truck didn't come in so no coffee in my room in the morning

chose this hotel solely because of the hot tub. hot tub is out of order. could have stayed at a much cheaper hotel with a 7 rating for half the price without a hot tub
