Charming hotel in a great location, 2 minute walk to everything. Lively area so can be noisy.

Very convenient location, 2 minutes to the beach and close to restaurants. Charming hotel. Good value for money.

Aggressive tipping policy: 1st a sign at the front desk, 2nd a sign in the room and 3rd an email you receive on the day of check-out, all "order" you to tip the maids. I say order since it literally says "Tip the Maids!" underlined and with exclamation mark (see picture). A friendly sign in the room would be fair, but the imperative tone is just out of line. If you don't want to pay your staff don't do it, but leave me out of it.

great place !!!

location is about as perfect as can be. staff was great.

make sure you get the code to open the gate to get to your rooms after hours. that was a little problem. I had no idea they gate up the location and had no code

Incredible value in a stellar location

The facade hides the fact that this is a cool, quirky spot right in the heart of Sayulita centro. I had a recent knee injury, and the owner and staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We will definitely stay again.

A smallish thing, but there were bedroom windows we couldn’t cover. Not that anyone wants to see two middle-aged people frolicking, but they could if they wanted to!

Not for us but maybe for some.

Location would have been fine if authorities did not permit live music to 2:00 in the morning which is a violation of national noise laws. Staff were friendly.

Party central with no enforcement of national noise laws. Bed lumpy and as hard as a rock. coffee was burnt by 7:00AM each morning. Shower water was impossible to regulate. Parking is blocks away on the street.

excellent hotel in a perfect location.

loved the location, bright airy and has a great lounge and kitchen on the second floor. perfect for digital nomads with lots of computer stations. Staff are really helpful.

Location to beach, restaurants, shopping

The first night we were in a room with no windows, size was good, but cave like. We asked for the room next to ours, that had a lot of windows overlooking the hall, which was open to a small sitting room and outdoors. I need sun, so even though small, I loved it. Problem with WiFi though, and wasn't fixed by the time we left. However, we just had to go down one floor to a big sitting area, and outdoor area, to access it. Coffee next door. Staff very friendly. Seemed like used to be a backpackers hotel, but don't know for sure. Location couldn't have been better, although noisy, location worth it. We bought a chicken and had dinner in the "living room", for 6 ppl. Would go back.

I would 100000% recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to sayulita!! We had room 13 which is the very top. Since you are in the heart of sayulita, we expected to hear some music and noise From surrounding bars/rest so I brought ear plugs just in case but we had the fan going & that helped block the sound a lot!! The view & patio were an amazing addition to an already amazing stay!

dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in and it smelled like a dead animal

i liked the balcony and the location

the linens were dirty upon arrival, there was yellow spots all over my sheets and there were yellow spots all over my towels, I actually did t end up sleeping here I wasted my money

Definitely a super nice hotel but quite expensive for outdated facilities.

Very central hotel with comfy beds and very nice balconies/common areas. Free water. Very friendly receptionist.

VERY loud due to the central location and super thin walls - too loud for us to sleep :-( No warm water, quite old and somewhat dirty facilities.

thank you for being my first experience in sayulita! I loved being in the heart of it!

proximity! literally middle of everything. turn the fan on high and you can’t hear anything.

the room was super tiny but it’s okay! worth it because the window didn’t face the street.
