Beautiful apartment in a great location

Beautifully furnished apartment. Fantastic location (bakery on ground floor) - we walked pretty much everywhere. Well equipped kitchen. Bring your own shower gel and shampoo. We loved Nice and would love to stay at Chez Kari again on our next visit.

fabulous

The property was amazing. really surpassed our expectations. it had everything we needed. The rooms were large and stylishly decorated and very clean and comfortable and in a great location. Our arrival went very smoothly. I would be really happy to recommend that our friends family stay at Chez Kari. we’ll back one day.

A delightful, sunny and spacious apartment in the perfect location for both the old town & tram.

Chez Kari was in the perfect location next to the Old Town with lots of restaurants and bars just a few minutes away. The tram to the railway station and main shops is just a few minutes walk. The apartment was chic, comfortable and with everything we needed. We ate out everyday but the kitchen was well stocked if you prefer to eat in. There’s a lovely patisserie for breakfast right next door and a supermarket below the building. The shower was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the lounge with a small balcony was a delightful place to relax. We loved this apartment and appreciated Kari our host. She was so attentive and responsive and checked on us to make sure we were okay during our stay. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose Chez Kari again.

Nothing at all for us but if were a bit big you might find the toilet a bit small and it was a little bit tight in the bedroom. For us however, it was perfect.

It is a perfect accommodation that can be used very conveniently for a long stay.

It's a very cute house, it has everything you need, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there. It was mid-November and it was cold, but it was warm inside and there was no breeze when the windows were closed.

It's an old building so your sense of balance might be a little off. It's fine if you don't mind that.

Exceptional

A charming classy apartment in an ideal location for exploring Nice. Many wonderful restaurants nearby and the bakery/sandwich shop downstairs was certainly a giant plus. Walked to Blue Beach for an amazing day on the Mediterranean and took a taxi back. Absolutely perfect!!

Fabulous apartment in lovely Nice!

A wonderful apartment, this suited us perfectly. A happy, cheerful airy space with everything you need, in a fantastic spot opposite the Parc Paillot, close to the Old Town and the trendy Petit Marais. Fab little balcony for people watching. Close to tram Garibaldi Le Chateau for easy access straight from the airport. Great communication from Kari and Roni. Thanks!

Amazing location and great apartment

The apartment is in an amazing location. It's a really spacious apartment with a lovely little balcony. Its close to the tram stop for the airport. Close to the beach and all other tourist hot spots.

This was a quite elegant space, very welcoming, clean and well-decorated. Comfortable seating.

The location was excellent, with trams outside the door, and a we were part of the charming old city, near shops and restaurants and grocery store. It was a superb location with great views of mountains beyond the city, and overlooked the lovely city park, as well. The apartment is a comfortable size, and has a separate living room with comfortable couches and a charming balcony. We loved the open-plan kitchen and dining area, with lots of light.

We had to supplement the toilet paper with new rolls, and we would have appreciated another dish towel. There was a lift, which went almost to the apartment, so needed a few stairs to get to the door to the apartment. Small things, really.

Exceptional

The location was so convenient to old Town, the tram, the promenade, new nice, and the port. The apartment was spacious, well maintained and fully functional. The living room has a sofa bed that my niece and her hubby stayed in. There are folding doors that close it off and blinds for privacy. The host was available and very helpful. A great experience, definitely will stay there again!

Superb apartment in a brilliant location

Chez Kari is a lovely apartment, spacious, well-equipped and beautifully furnished. We stayed for a month over Christmas and New Year and it was very cosy and comfortable. The location is excellent - part of the old town but just on the edge, overlooking a square and the park with nice views from the windows; close to restaurants, local shops, markets and the tram. We really enjoyed our time there and would love to return. Very good communications with both Kari and Roni (the local manager) before and during our stay.

Not a major gripe but the huge bed does not leave a great deal of room for manoeuvre in the bedroom: very comfy though.

Superb

Spacious, comfortable, well positioned, lovely balcony with views toward the old town and the mountains and the activity in the street below. Leaving us hand soap a nice touch.

Used sponges and dishcloth rather than fresh ones left for us to use; area underneath the bed very dusty. Only one pillowcase each, provided though there was an extra pillow in wardrobe: so not able to use a second pillow which would have made it more comfortable.
