Comfortable and clean beachside (just behind a sand dune) accommoation

Comfortable and clean accommodation in a beachside resort surrounded by a golf course of multiple condos. Quiet location and a golf course clubhouse right next door. 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a small ensuite.

There was nothing that I disliked about this accommodation.

my stay was very good, and we enjoyed it.

property was clean and well maintained, it was a short walk to the beach. a complementary wine was a bonus and very kind of Sue. I will definitely recommend this place especially to families.

the external faucet was too close to the edge of the door and wall, and I find it very inconvenient to use. a hose extension can be of great help.

Fab place, would stay again

The communication was fantastic. The quality of the curtains, bed linen, even the bathroom tapware was far better than you normally find in a holiday rental. Also loved having "basics" of salt & pepper, tomatoe sauce, oven bake paper, glad wrap & washing machine powder.

Not being able to close off the living area to keep it warm.

Firstly the host was very organised and always engaging with us. The facilities on the property were great. We will definitely come back to this accommodation and also loved the city Albany. Loved it.

We found the house clean and tidy, close to the beach and golf club in a nice quiet area. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment.

Nice house with all necessities, but no sharp knife available for cutting veggies such as carrots😅

the floor of the en-suite wardrobe is very dusty & no soundproof walls as you can hear people talking next room or in the living area.

The Villa was very clean & comfortable and in an excellent location , between Middleton beach & Emu point. A short walk to the beach and Golf club , and close to all Albany attractions in the car.

Fabulous, we were thrilled with Middleton Bay Retreat!

Middleton Bay Retreat was a lovely house to stay in for our holiday. The house decor was relaxing and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets for cold winter nights. The ducted heating kept the house lovely and warm. It was only a short walk to the beach and the golf club and a 5 minute drive into town. The host was lovely, checking to make sure we were settled in the day after we arrived and wishing us a safe trip home when we left. Sue also responded promptly to any messages I sent during the course of our stay. We would stay here again without hesitation and would recommend Middleton Bay Retreat to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Albany.

Very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend

Location was great and really couldn't fault anything. As we had a party of 6 golfing ladies the 2 x bedrooms with 2 single beds in each was perfect for us.

Well appointed, clean villa, in a fabulous location!

Great location, easy to get to everything. Very quiet area, great having your own little house. Everything you need for your stay was provided. Comfy beds, good heating. Great to have 2 bathrooms.

Very tight squeeze fitting car under carport - difficult to get both doors open.
