Spectacular views and super comfortable place to stay.

Great location with spectacular views. Very easy to get to most places around Zadar

Penthouse Dolcevita is fantastic, and we want to come back in the future.

The location of Penthouse Dolcevita is absolutely spectacular. It has the best view of Zadar and the boats coming and going on the Adriatic, with premium location to watch the sunset! Ultimate convenience with an elevator and half a block only to cross the pedestrian bridge to the Old Town. Thankful for the automatic espresso coffee machine! Spotlessly clean. Modern kitchen, baths and appliances, and washing machine.

I wish we had more time to stay here! would be helpful to have an extra set of bath towels per person. For showering, it would be helpful to have wash cloths, which United States tourists, at least, are used to using. For going to the beach, or jumping in the Adriatic near Sea Organ, beach towels

Win rundum gelungener Urlaub im Penthouse Dolcevita.

Die Lage, der Ausblick, die Klimatisierung das Interrieur waren sehr gut. Ruhe und Entspannung waren garantiert. Das penthouse ist mit 2 Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Mit viele Liebe uns Leidenschaft eingerichtete große Wohnung. Die Klimatisierung ist perfekt.

Lieber Gastgeber, bitte die Dusche reparieren. Die Regenwaldusche und die Handbrause lassen sich nur schwierig mechanisch voneinander trennen. Bitte auch den Abfluss der Dusche kontrollieren, das Wasser lief nur sehr langsam ab.

Ideale Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber; gute Raumaufteilung. Das 2. Bad ist jedoch lediglich ein WC - passt aber gut. Das Öffnen der großen Balkontüren kann zu Beginn etwas länger dauern, aber wenn man den Mechanismus einmal kennt, klappt es tadellos. Es lassen sich auch alle Türen und Fenster in der Wohnung beschatten (teils händisch, teils elektrisch). Kaffeemaschine mit ausreichend Kapseln; auch die notwendigsten Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden (jedoch keine Mikrowelle wie in der Beschreibung). Betten sind bequem; Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher sauber und von guter Qualität. Zwei sonnige geräumige Balkone mit herrlicher Sonne und Aussicht auf die Altstadt. Tisch und Stühle am Balkon (leider keine Auflagen oder Decken für kühlere Zeiten). Check-In nach Bekanntgabe aller Daten funktioniert einwandfrei. Wenn man Glück hat gibt es direkt vor dem Wohnhaus einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Wohnhaus selbst ist sehr abgewohnt, davon merkt man in der Wohnung jedoch nichts. Auch gibt es 2 Lifte. Im Parterre befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, mehrere Bäckereien fußläufig in zwei Minuten erreichbar. Ideal ist die Lage: vor dem Wohnhaus überquert man die Straße, geht über die Brücke (Gradski most) und schon befindet man sich in der Altstadt. Gleich zu Beginn gibt es hier einen tollen großen Markt. Auch in den Wintermonaten sind gute Lokale geöffnet: unsere TOP-Empfehlung ist das "4 Kantuna" in der Varoška ul. 1,. Den besten frischen Orangensaft und die freundlichste Bedienung fanden wir im Novi caffe (nähe des "5-Brunnen-Platzes).

Im Bad ist es bei einem Aufenthalt in den Wintermonaten sehr kühl, da keine eigene Heizvorrichtung vorhanden ist. Wir waren nur zu zweit; bei 4 Personen sollte man jedoch mit dem Warmwasser sparsam umgehen. Die Duscharmatur sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden, funktioniert nicht. Falls man kochen möchte, könnte es mit dem Geschirr knapp werden (haben wir nicht gebraucht)

We had a fantastic couple of days exploring Zadar with this stunning apartment as our base.

Very close to the old town and absolutely stunning views. Sunsets were amazing to watch from the balcony

The drains in the toilet smelt a bit but ok once we shut the door. The outside of the property was a bit run down.

Perfect place to explore Old Town!

What a lovely place to stay! The apartment and views were amazing! On a corner location, the doors/windows of both the living room and dining/kitchen open up to give a spectacular view of Old Town Zadar and allow for a wonderful breeze even during hot summer days. The location was so close to simple groceries, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Walking into Old Town was just a few minutes using the pedestrian bridge. The apartment's balconies gave privacy but allowed for wonderful people and boat watching. We were charmed by the street musicians playing each night. While the music could be heard and enjoyed it did not interfere with our children's sleep. The beds were comfy, not too hard or too soft, and all other parts of the apartment were great. We choose to have a code to access the building and keys were waiting for us in a lockbox. At the end of the stay, we just locked the keys back up. Super simple!

While this is not an issue with the apartment itself, the buildings elevators are a bit small. It can be a tight squeeze with luggage and multiple people. If you have an issue with confined spaces or bumpy elevators, this may be an item to think about. (Our daughter chose to walk the 200+ stairs each time!)

An excellent property in a great location. Also, great communication with the agent.

The instructions for the location were excellent. I would maybe just add that the entry door is on the side of the building as initially we could not find it.

The drainage whilst having a shower was poor and seemed to wet a lot of the bathroom floor.

Highly recommend for a cook at home or before drink on the balcony with the view of the old town.

It was very memorable and we would recommend it. The car parking was easy to find a space that you didn’t have to pay

The modern penthouse with the views were absolutely amazing 🤩 We went at Easter and we enjoyed sunbathing in the morning on the balcony drinking the lovely Monte coffee that the owner provided ! such a nice touch. Tea bags are provided too with lots of different teas which we enjoyed. Good cutlery and glasses are provide too. We enjoyed a couple of meals in overlooking the harbour and drinking wine on the over balcony overlooking the sunset 🌅 We went as a couple so it meant that me the female of us had the other bedroom to myself to put all my clothes and makeup etc in there. Very handy. The walk into the old town is so easy ( just go over the bridge ). Just a note to anyone that is stopping with children, if you feel the cold you will have to ask for extra duvets and pillow’s because there were none in the cupboard, however because they knew that there was only the two of us I’m sure that they didn’t have extra in the cupboard because of course we could take them from the beds.

Amazing wonderful property - clear and precise instructions for self check in.. beautifully decorated with all the amenities - comfortable clean rooms and the most wonderful view of Zadar from the top floor of this property.. Free parking in front of property with a supermarket and restaurant just below.. we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful apartment ideally located close to the bridge across to the old town. Great views of the harbour from the 10th floor balconies. Nice modern apartment with everything one would need for a short stay. Highly recommended.

The common areas in the apartment block were a little tired looking but we noticed some painting being done on our 10th floor level.so perhaps this will continue throughout the building.

View is amazing, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Two balconies mean you get sun all day. Whole apartment is great and fully equipped. Location couldn't be better and very convenient. Bus from the airport is a 5min walk away and there is a small supermarket on the ground floor. Host was responsive and self check in was easy. Loved having coffee and tea provided. We had a perfect holiday here!

When it's windy the balcony doors creek. Not a big deal but would have been nice if washing powder was supplied.

Fantastic property for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. Very spacious for 2 people with room for more if your party is larger. Comfy beds and great AC. Fabulous views from balcony. Excellent location with easy access to grocery store, restaurants and less than 10 minute walk to all the sites in Old Town. Highly recommend.

No complaints or suggestions. The place is very nice.

The views are stunning and the apartment is well supplied with things for kids & adults. It was nice & cool when we arrived and the air conditioning was such a treat after being in high temps for days before.

We found parking right next to the apartment, but we were driving around a little bit before it was found. I'd recommend trying the lot next to the building first.

From meeting Andrje our host who was happy and smiling. The apartment was fantastic. The views the best in Zadar. Two amazing balconies. Bathroom and shower first class Large screen tv with PSP. Beds very comfortable. For four days l felt like a millionaire. And Zadar has so much to offer. Thanks for making my whole family feel special.

Fantastic apartment in the center of Zadar

Apartment fantastic, complitely new. The view is incredible on the 10 floor. Perfect position. It is so cleaned. In the apartment there is everything: Internet, playstation, netflix, coffe, tea. I suggest it.

Each visitor must judge for himself

Beautiful view from the apartment on the harbor, old Zadar and the sunset. Andrej is a great host who advised us very well and recommended us excellent restaurants. I can recommend it to everyone and my friends. I will always be very happy to return to Zadar and the Pentahouse Dolcevita apartment.
