The apartment boasts spectacular ocean views of the Maroochydore surf beach and coral sea and is in the middle of Cotton Tree. It’s self-contained, and furnished in a modern-day, coastal feel. There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, spa-bath and TV and the second bedroom has two king singles that can be converted to a king bed. The main bathroom is ensuited to the second bedroom.

The large balcony, with a well-appointed outdoor table and chairs and a sun-lounge, showcases North-east with sunrises directly over the ocean. You’ll look south to Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba and Point Cartwright and north to the mouth of the Maroochy River, Pincushion Island and beyond. The sea breeze on your balcony at night provides the much-needed holiday respite while looking south to the calming flicker of the Alex and Mooloolaba lights.

The well-appointed kitchen with stone bench-tops, large fridge, dish-washer, microwave, oven and cooktop contain everyday items including wine glasses, champagne flutes and a pack of special holiday extras such as snap-containers, cling-wraps, alfoil, paper-towel, serviettes, salt & pepper, dishwasher tablets and more. An apartment compendium divulges personalised local information – just for you. It’s important we make your holiday stress-free and convenient.

And to make sure you have all the important things that make up modern day convenience and improve your stay, the apartment is fully air-conditioned, has a 50 inch UHD LED Smart TV with full internet capabilities, an LED TV in the Main Bedroom, free Foxtel with 20 channels including HD Sport, free Netflix for Movies and TV shows, a Blu-ray player, a small library of DVDs and Novels, dedicated Free unlimited fast Wi-Fi, a selection of Board games including a jigsaw puzzle, a set of four premium table-tennis bats and balls, 2 tennis rackets and balls, sand-castle making equipment for the ‘young at heart’, and 2 fishing rods with tackle.

This is not your standard Resort. Catalina II takes a notable position directly opposite Maroochydore surf beach. It is the ultimate beach location with no main roads in front view, and less than a minute to the Beach. It’s quiet, calm; it’s that old-style beach holiday feel from yester-year. Boasting a heated Pool and spa an undercover outdoor BBQ area, dedicated secured underground parking bay for 1 vehicle, free guest off-street parking, security access and cameras, dual lifts and lush tropical gardens.

THE LOCAL REGION AND BEYOND
The diversity of Cotton Tree with its surf beach and the Maroochy river provides abundant recreational options from patrolled beach swimming to river fishing, and hire opportunities for Paddle Board, Kayak, Jet ski and Boat hire (including BBQ Boat). With Boutiques, Bistros, Juice Bars, Fresh Produce, a FoodWorks supermarket, Gourmet Restaurants, a Sunday Market and an abundance of open-air Cafés, the Cotton Tree area provides a myriad of options and choice. The Sunshine Plaza shopping centre with its 12 screen Cinema Complex is 6 minutes on the local bus (Bus stop 20 metres from Resort – Route 600 every 15 minutes), and the Maroochy Bowls Club and Surf Clubs are both a casual 2-minute walk. Room is exactly as descibed. Nice and roomy with the most incredible view. TV stopped working and owner replaced the same day. Very close to fantastic cafes. would stay here again

A really well fit out apartment with sporting equipment and cleaning supplies. Perfect spot for our holiday - an oval within 5min walk, to kick the footy; ping pong, pool table and tennis within the complex; beach views and access; cafes and shops within walking distance and nice and quiet. Comfy beds and lounge too! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Best to note - if you are driving a 4wd, parking underneath will be an issue due to clearance height.

Excellent location, so close to the beach, no busy roads to cross. Great facilities, easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shops and convenience stores. Park the car and relax. Unit is well furnished and very comfortable. So relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the tide come in and out, the surfers, walkers, swimmers and boats each day. We had a great 10 days.

The place is very nice. There is definitely attention to detail like extra hooks in bathrooms, just the small things that make you feel like home. 2min walk to the beach, plenty good food around, swimming pools jacuzzi, sauna and tennis court in perfect condition. Keys pickup and drop off made super easy. Only drawback was that the unit needs a proper clean. Overall perfect place for a holiday

The apartment is well set up for a homely stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular with a wonderful sea breeze to help with the relaxation. Pool and spa downstairs is a fantastic facility also. Parking spot is a little tight with a big vehicle but manageable. 9am checkout is a little too early and a second swipe card would be helpful as we don’t all wish to go to the same places at the same time. But, we loved our stay here and would definitely return.
