Excellent location with a direct Mekong river view.

Location, value, and staff.

Might be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. For us, we had no problem.

Room with a View

Balcony with a Mekong River view. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak some English. Short walk to restaurants and night markets. The firm bed was fine for me but may not suit those who prefer a softer mattress.

I was on the 4th floor - stairs only / no lift - which is fine for me, but not for anyone with mobility considerations. Next door there is an open air restaurant that plays music which may disturb early/light sleepers, but not me. I heard nothing after 10pm. Great view though :)

Disappointing

The location was within walking distance to the night markets, where you can get an array of seafood. The room was big and the staff were helpful.

Besides the balcony doors not locking the biggest dislike was how dirty the room was. From a table cloth that looked like it had been there forever- to a dirty kitchenette and bathroom

Nice little apartment

Balcony to watch over to Mekong and Thailand. It had a little kitchen. Overall nice and clean.

Music from the restaurant next door is kinda getting annoying after a while.

Very nice well equiped apartment.Suitable for longstays.

Was given an apartment on the 5.th floor with no lift in hotel.Very steep steps.Beware of this if you older.

Excellent value in a quiet location

The location is quiet and the apartments are about 10 minutes walk to the Night Market. The rooms were huge and the big double bed was comfortable. All the staff that I met were friendly, helpful and professional. All in all, great value for money and recommended

The apartment was very clean and comfortable

It was necessary to take a tuktuk or taxi to the city. Wifi signal was very weak in my apartment 3rd floor.

Suitable for couples, but location a bit remote.

The one bedroom apartment is a huge step up from the usual guesthouse. From cooking utensils, to microwave and kettle, to a spacious accommodation (and that funky lights in the bedroom, haha).

Location is a bit far from Patuxay Monument, though it's around Naga Boat, which is a nice place for dinner. It's also closer to the airport. So there is no lift, so if one gets the higher floor, one have to walk up.

the location is a little bit too far from the central but it is so nice for taking the view from Mekong river. this very suitable for who need to enjoy the river view not for people who want to walk around the city

Good value, but compromised location!

Good set up for travelers who have to cook because kitchen appliances are provided. The view of Mekong River is great.

3-4 km from downtown. Could not credit card. the facility should have readily sufficient information for money exchanger if the property isn’t ready for clients to use credit card. there are money exchangers that are closed quite late; I.e.; STD Exchange on Rue Setthathilath.

The staff was great, spoke English well. No problem communicating. Booked me a taxi from and to airport. Liked the view of the river and closed to the night market.

Good for the price.

Large room and usual equipment for an apartment. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Usal hard asian bed. The restaurant next door has loud music until 10.30pm and difficult to sleep. Location is difficult for tuk tuk/taxis . It is also a fair walk to get anywhere from there.

I definitely recommend this Apartment

I came and staying for two night, the room was clean and I have a kid, they have everything we need. Staff helpful and nice guys, I definitely come back.

Nice Apartment in walking distance to city center

Nice room with very comfortable bed. Good air-condition and wonderful view from the balcony. The receptionist was very helpful and organized a scooter and a taxi to the airport for us.

The owner demands an exchange rate of 17.000 Kip for 1 USD. By the time we were there the official exchange rate was 15.000 Kip for 1 USD which makes the apartment more expensive than stated. Payment by credit card is not possible and if you don't have any US-Dollars with you, you have to accept the higher price as you can't get them at an ATM.
