El desayuno era enorme y variado, el chico muy amable y servicial te traia mas de lo que esperaba, supero mis expectativas, era todo delicioso, la ubicación si quieres ruidos vete al centro, si quieres cantos de pájaros la ubicación del hotel casa Margot es la ideal.
Es posible que el colchón fuera un poco menos blando que los demás , pero pude descansar bien, y la tranquilidad. que se respira lo compensa todo. volveré seguro!

Le personnel est super, sympathique, serviable et arrangeant. Le service de massage était top aussi, on a passé un moment génial et le petit déjeuner est très bien. L’hôtel est agréable, joli et propre.
Le restaurant le soir n’était pas tout à fait à la hauteur du reste,surtout les “sopecitos con huevo” (trois galette avec un œuf au plat sur chacune et rien d’autre, pas de sauce, pas d’assaisonnement, pas de légume).

The staff at the hotel was exceptional- helpful, kind, friendly. Our waiter was wonderful! He was so sweet and cordial and we had excellent service! The staff alerted him that I wanted oatmeal and it was ready each morning. The breakfast was simple and tasty (the omelettes nicely cooked) and I loved that they had fruit and different aquas (horchata, lemon, Chaya y Pina, sandier) every morning. The room was a lovely refuge and very comfortable bed and linens. Really a charming hotel.
An actual hot sauce or pico de gallo would have been nice...the bread was not very good and the jam worse...

The receptionist was lovely, forthcoming, and helpful. Staff at the restaurant during breakfast were also friendly. The room was spacious and well-decorated, fitting into the eco-feeling of Holbox island.
Breakfast was very tasty, and portions were ok. Once we waited a long time for our breakfast and the chef offered a place of pancakes on top, we really appreciated the gesture.
Well located if you don't want to be in the buzzing center yet close to the beach. Your feet will get a little wet wherever you go, so we highly recommend bringing water shoes
We love some sunlight in the room but since all windows face the interior, we always closed the curtains to have privacy. It was quite in the hotel, but may be good to know that rooms are not soundproof, and windows/doors are quite thin.

El hotel es precioso, la decoración está muy cuidada. Aunque a algunos les pueda parecer que está lejos del centro (la única manera de llegar es en los "taxis" ya que las calles se embarran), para nosotros fue un punto positivo porque estás en total paz. A pesar de que nos avisaron que podía haber muchos mosquitos nosotros no tuvimos la sensación de que hubiera, ninguno se llevó una picada. El personal es súper amable, especialmente los de recepción que además son simpatiquísimos.
Quizás el desayuno se queda un poco flojo comparado con el nivel del hotel, podría ser algo más elaborado.

We loved the rooms. We had plenty of room for 2 people with an amazing garden view. Nice spacious bathroom and closet space. Would definitely come back!
A little more privacy while in the room. We couldn't enjoy the garden without feeling like fish in a bowl. A little more outside space would have been nice. And more variation at breakfast.

O pequeno-almoço não é buffet. Não se pode repetir/pedir mais, sem um custo extra. É muito limitado.

Het hotel is prachtig, ruime, schone kamers en een fijne badkamer. Het ontbijt is zeer goed. Je hebt keus uit diverse soorten gerechten en er is onbeperkt brood met jam en boter.
Het hotel was volledig omringd door water, door een overstroming. Iets wat de eigenaren al weken wisten, maar ons niet van op de hoogte hebben gebracht. Ook niet toen ik vooraf contact opnam om te vragen of we fietsen konden huren. Het antwoord op die vraag was 'ja', terwijl we deze fietsen helemaal niet konden gebruiken. Het was netjes geweest als ze ons van de situatie op de hoogte hadden gebracht, dan hadden wij een ander hotel geboekt.
Daarnaast ontstond er tot twee keer toe een vervelende discussie met het personeel omdat ze dachten dat er een handdoek weg was en bij het uitchecken een flesje water uit de minibar. In beide gevallen bleek het een fout van hen en was er niets weg, maar wij werden aangesproken alsof we het hadden ontvreemd. Ons werd gevraagd of we de handdoek misschien wel hadden meegenomen naar het strand. Onzin en erg vervelend.

Que está lejos del centro y hay mucho manglar alrededor, entonces hay mucho mosquito , al menos en esta época del año que es de lluvia y para trasladarse se ocupa si o si de taxi.

Wenn es geregnet hat ist die Anlage nur über den Strand erreichbar- die anderen Straßen stehen tief unter Wasser
1. Beim Einchecken hat man uns ein sehr dunkles Zimmer im hintersten Eck zugeteilt das nicht mit den Bildern und der Beschreibung bei Booking.com vergleichbar war - nachdem wir mehrfach gebeten hatten bekamen wir ein vernünftiges Zimmer
2. Beim Einchecken wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass 2 Flaschen Wasser je Tag kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Beim Auschecken wurden uns diese in Rechnung gestellt und wir mussten bezahlen- dies ist eine Abzocke
Unter diesen Umständen kann man dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen

Hotel Casa Margot is so beautiful, my favourite hotel of our two week trip around the Yucatan region by far. The hotel is new, very modern and stylish. We had breakfast included in our rate, which was really delicious and we were happy that the restaurant was set up to handle social distancing, etc. The hotel staff were unreally nice and helpful, just really lovely people ready to help or just have a quick chat. Nothing that the hotel could control, but we were unlucky that there was a power cut for the whole evening and night of our last night in the Hotel Casa Margot; we had an uncomfortable night of no AC (could have been worse) but the hotel manager made a big effort to explain the situation to each table during the following day's breakfast service - respect for tackling it head-on with the hotel guests.

It's a bit far from the "center" You need a taxi to get there, especially in the rainy season the street is covered in puddles that are more like ponds. Bring lots of mosquito repellent

wifi was very bad for iPhone, had to reset/restart several times throughout the day to make it work. also the outdoor seating area to the room (1st floor) was under roof and quite dark. a bit outside town centre, but no problem if you have a bike

Hotel is located on the end of the island where the nicer part of the beach is. The breakfast was good and served late.
We stayed four nights and the room was cleaned once and the staff in general is not very friendly. The rooms are dark because they open up onto a courtyard so you have to keep the shades closed and there are no other windows resulting in a damp and moldy room. The building and location are nice and there's a lot of potential but the value is not here yet. For the price I expected a lot more.

We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Casa Margot. It's a beautiful hotel and for someone who wants to stay a little off the loud city centre, this hotel is the perfect match. Good breakfast and a clean room.
The faucets of the shower should be renewned. They are old and do not fit the rest of the room.

they have guided tours which I recommend (600 pesos for three islands boat tour). the staff was very friendly, breakfast is tasty and nice choice. spacious and clean rooms, cleaning service every day
it is a bit far from the city center, around 15 min walking. it’s a safe neighborhood but after the sunset it might be uncomfortable walking there or from there as there are not many street lamps on the way
