Ruse is a cool city and this was a great place to explore! Small but economical place to stay! Great for a solo traveler

OK, mai ales ca punct de tranzit spre o alta destinatie

Amplasarea buna, in centrul orasului, dar si cu acces usor la faleza Dunarii. In apropiere sunt diverse magazine, restaurante, cafenele etc. Camerele sunt curate si par renovate destul de recent. Personalul este ok. Per total, recomand acest hotel - mai ales pentru opririle in Ruse pe traseul spre alte destinatii. Noi (8 adulti, 2 copii) am calatorit spre mare, cu oprire de 1 noapte la dus si intors la Hotel Central Ruse.

Frigiderul din camera in care am fost cazati era foarte zgomotos. Foarte multe LED-uri in camera, de la diversele dispozitive. Parcarea hotelului este foarte mica (doar 3 locuri alocate unitatii, in sine).

Great location, clean and very spacious rooms (more than needed to be honest but a good change!)

Bag storage prior to checkin is available but you leave your bags in the city reception area behind waiting chairs so they can be accessible to everyone. Shower rail fell down off the wall.

The apartment is large, perfect for a family with 2 children, both beds and couch are comfortable and everything is clean. Location is very good and close of best restaurants in Ruse

Great experience overall, clean and spacious room, nice people and also convenient placement.

The suff was nice, very clean room, nice view in the loft, a good experience overall.

The only thing I did not like was the bathroom, because of the drain not being placed properly, most the floor in the bathroom was wet constantly.

The location of the hotel is really great, and the fact that it has free parking

There was a powerful cigarette/smoking smell in our room/bathroom and somehow the towels smelled like cigarettes as well

verry nice and cosy hotel

good location, room was big and nice.

- i did not received the room i reserved - it did not have breakfast option. - i asked if i can checkout 1h later than 12:00 and they said it is not possible (the hotel was almost empty) and that they will charge me 20leva extra if i do that. - and they did charge me. It never happend before no mater what hotel i stayed until now.

Bit of a 50/50 of a stay

Central hotel for Freedom Square, Opera House and restaurants. Staff courteous.

Beds are hard as nails. Didn’t feel as if it had a mattress on it. Was a sign saying where breakfast room was not it was not open.
