About this house rental

Grab the keys to your car, your family and even some friends and in 2.5 hours you will be in your very own beach house. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is situated 100 metres from the sandy white Geographe Bay beach which is very family friendly, the front of the house opens onto a private park giving the kids plenty of space to run around safely or the adults to relax in. This house is set up for those who want to relax in luxurious soft lounges reading magazines, watching DVDs and drinking local wine or for those sporty types who want to grab one of the bikes or a jogging pram and get some fresh air.

This spacious and light filled house provides everything you will need whilst on holidays from a cot and high chair, linen, doonas, pillows, and cosy bath robes, even the dog is welcome.

The property was exactly what we needed. We stayed over a weekend with high 30 degrees weather. The aircon kept us cool and comfortable and enabled us to have a good sleep and do our best to compete in the Busselton Jetty swim. The proximity to Busso worked well for us too. The kitchen worked well for our group and pre race dinner. The house was clean. Definitely return to this property and recommend.

We had a family occasion to be in Busso for and all our left home kids , their partners, their kids and a dog converged at the house. Well located a block from the beach. This place has heaps of accommodation and great community areas to relax, big long table that seats probably twelve was great at meals and games times. We were all pretty comfortable and had a great time. Recommended.

Place was well presented and clean. The knives were sharp and kitchen well equipped. The heating was good on a rainy weekend and proximity close to the beach. It was a nice little getaway!

We were in Busselton to participate in the Bay Run marathon and fun run and needed somewhere that would accomodate our largish family. This property was perfect, it comfortably slept 4 adults, 3 teenagers and a younger child and could have easily housed our 2 older kids who had to stay home as they were working. The location was great, the house was clean and had everything you needed to be comfortable while away. We were disappointed we only stayed 2 nights and are already planning to book again for our next trip with a minimum of four nights to really enjoy the area. Perfect spot for a holiday home!!

Fantastic house for an extended family holiday, it fit us all comfortably and the amenities are great. Walking distance to the beach. Lovely big lounge and dining, lots of toys and games for the kids, we had a great time.

Very spacious and comfortable living areas and beds. Would be nice if beds were made on arrival, sheets not size labelled correctly and difficult to find in linen cupboard. Lawn overgrown and presentation of external areas poor. Price was high given poor state of external areas and dated/previously damaged furnishings.

So close to the city centre

A great place to stay that is close to everything. 5 mins from Busselton centre, 20 mins from Dunsborough and only another short drive to get to all the lovely wineries. Was so glad we could bring our dog, who is just as much a part of the family as the humans. The house is very spacious and clean and tidy. What makes this place so good is the amount of beds that makes tbis place perfect for a few families to stay. Will definitely book again soon.

This is the perfect place for a getaway. It’s in a great location to ride into the jetty or walk to the beach. The kids loved having the kayaks to use as well. The house easily accommodated 2 families and our small dog.

Nice house, great location, walking distance to the beach. The property was open plan with views over parkland to the west. Plenty of kitchen equipment, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, an outside shower for after beach visits, short drive to supermarket and bottle shop, short walk to the beach, comfortable beds, easy to clean. Fabulous for a large group

Perfect house for x2 family getaway. House had everything we needed to enjoy our time away. Very clean and well equipped. Only comment would be to mind the top bunks as no safety rails for children, so we took mattresses off and placed on the floor. Super easy checking in process and great comms with owner. Fantastic property with everything you need. The weather was perfect so we made use of the kayaks and headed to the beach which is a short walk from the house. Nice quiet street with a nice park next door for the kids to run around. The house is very well managed with free wifi, plenty of linen, lots of boardgames and books. Great weekend away - we wouldn't even look at other houses when booking a Busselton getaway next time :)

Perfect for what we needed

We were able to self check in to this property at our leisure. The house was large and spacious with many beds on offer. The master bedroom was very spacious with ensuite and was at the opposite end to the smaller three bedrooms. These smaller rooms run parallel to the living area and suffered a bit from noise as a result. There were plenty of linen and towels available. We had to make our beds on arrival and it was requested that towels be laundered if used; a washing machine is available so this was no problem. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils etc. and the BBQ was in working condition. No problems accessing the free wifi. Short walk to the beach with outdoor shower/tap to help wash sand off upon return. Possible to walk into Busselton Jetty along the beach path, although it is ~5km each way. It was the perfect holiday home for our family for the 1 week we were in Busselton.
