Bel appartement

Nous n'avons reçu une bouteille d'eau qu'après l'avoir demandé. Pas de papier domex (cuisine), seulement 1 essui de vaisselle, pas de saladier tournant, .... Bâtiment bruyant car mal isolé du bruit. La femme de ménage faisait beaucoup de bruit en déplaçant probablement les meubles et en parlant à voie haute dans les escaliers. On a demandé une 2ème clé par facilité mais nous ne l'avons pas obtenue.

We absolutely loved it and we are certainly coming back.

The key was in the apartment as we arrived late, but still our hostess came by to welcome us and she was all about smile and good advice. We felt so welcome. The area calm and quiet, the balcony private and with a stunning view. A beautiful house, clean well-maintained and charming. The best part, the beach with its rocks, perfect for snorkeling, and free of loud music or party activities.

We were a little troubled about parking because there were only 3 parking lots outside and the underground parking was only for very small cars. But our hostess was very helpful and gave advice about parking nearby.

Very good

This apartment features a lovely view of the mountains and a little bit of ocean from its private terrace. Everything was very clean and the facilities were sufficient for our needs. The host provided coffee for the first morning.

Some of the kitchen provisions were a bit sparse. Bring your own salt and cooking oil.

Overall a really good stay in a beautiful location.

The location to the town centre was very good. The car park was brilliant and under cover. Contact with the owner was really helpful with tips on day trips and where to eat. (We would recommend booking restaurants or getting there early, as it was hard to get a table after 8pm).

It was smaller than I expected (1B), I thought that we would get what the pictures reflected. Only 1 aircon unit for the whole apartment.

Perfect location to enjoy Santa Maria Navaresse.

Perfect location for Santa Maria Navaresse one of the best places we have ever been!

The drawers and cupboard in the kitchen stank of cigarette ash/smoke including the cutlery drawer. They said they would clean it but it smelt just as bad and put us off eating and preparing food in the apartment which was a real shame and cost us more on eating out than we had planned to spend The BBQ area was overgrown and very dirty, not useable, it had not been swept around at all and whole area was covered in leaves. Outside furniture needed cleaning before we could use it and had to sweep outside area ourselves, the garden furniture was not as pictured on website either.

Friendly owner, good contact. The place was easy to find. Good location, close to city center, restaurants, shops and beach. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Very nice view from the balcony. Private parking (garage) was a plus as well.

Case Anna is managed by a superfriendly host Lucia! Great stay and would come back!

Strong points: close to the center of Santa Maria Navarrese, parking in front or by the garage, 2 washing machines, excellent airco and lovely terrace.

For improvement: the matrasses of the bunkbed were a bit thin so the children complained a little bit.

Lovely appartment with incredible view on the sea

The location of the appartment is fantastic: a few minutes walk to the port where you can take the boats for excursions to the beautiful coast, but you can also reach the Santa Maria Varrese beach and various restaurants or supermarkets by foot. And the best of all: an incredible view from the balcony of the sea! We had one of the upper apartments. The appartment itself was very nice, clean and comfortable to stay. Parking spaces also available. The host is super friendly and gave us a lot of good recommendations and was always available to answer questions. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Anna and definitely would love to return one day.
