Prima appartement op rustige locatie

De ruimte, het gebouw, contact met de mevrouw die het regelde verliep heel soepel. Ze reageerde snel bij vragen. Goed bed, mooi zwembad, prima locatie. Garage was aan het einde van de straat maar daar stond hij wel heel veilig. Al kan je in de straat ook prima parkeren. Supermarkt en restaurantjes in de buurt. In het appartement stonden nog wat spullen zodat je een kopje koffie of thee kon maken. Wel een Dolce Gusto apparaat maar die gaf ook prima koffie. Goede airconditioning, goede tv. Eigenlijk is alles ons heel goed bevallen

One of the best in Albir

Well equipped apartment with English TV channels.An aircon issue was quickly resolved by Lola the host.Late remote check in was easy.

Only negative was patio table too small for dining outside.

Estupenda relación calidad precio

El apartamento es estupendo, preciosos y muy cómodo. Está muy bien situado, a poco más de 10 min de la estación de TRAM andando, y a un paso del centro y de la playa. La cama comodísima, muy buena presión de agua en la ducha y excelente climatización. El check in comodísimo, recogí las llaves con un código, fue sencillo y rápido. Pero lo mejor de todo es la amabilidad y generosidad de los dueños que estuvieron pendientes de que todo estuviese bien y fueron flexibles con la salida, ya que ese día el apartamento no estaba ocupado. Muchas gracias por todo!

Por decir algo, le vendría bien una cortina traslúcida en la parte de salón, al tener solo la opaca, si la abres tienes poca intimidad, pero es algo sin importancia.

when the air conditioning was on, there was noise in the bathroom, which interfered with the rest. bed sheets were not fresh and damp! one of the sheets was torn and there were traces of some kind of glue on the bed. The bathroom was different from the photos stated on the site, everything was old and the toilet lid was broken! the grates from the air conditioner were dirty and dusty, there was a stale smell (the smell of mold) the air conditioner needs to be cleaned

Enjoyed the stay and location after poor start with arrival mix-up.

On arrival we had to wait 4 hours to get access, the arrival time had been mis-comunicted.

A gem of a property in an excellent location!

Everything! Lovely bright, clean, tasrefully- decorated 2nd floor apartment, with views across to the lovely Serra Gelada mountain range from both living area, and bedroom.There was also an adequate tiled balcony area, with 2 chairs and a small table (and room for a clothes-horse to dry our clothes) again with views to the mountains. Very comfortable double bed, change of sheets and pillow cases provided for our 2 week stay (same for towels), large spacious wardrobe with plenty of hanging room and also ample storage in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Good shower in bathroom and free toiletries plus a hair dryer with diffuser. Air con much appreciated in temps of well over 30oC! Wifi excellent and plenty of streaming channels on TV (e.g.Netflux, You Tube) Well-equipped kitchen (Nescafe Dolce gusto coffee machine, oven, microvave, toaster) and utility area with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products, beach towels, folding chairs and even an umbrella (if it dared to rain) Good communication with Lola (in charge of the property) and instructions for self- access and picking up keys to the apartment from a key box outside the block. The entire complex (5 blocks of apartments) was well-maintained and tidy with beautiful gardens and a swimming pool. In our block all the communal areas, e.g.stairs, lifts and entrance area, were kept clean and fresh-smelling. We parked in the nearby streets, although I believe there is garage parking available for a fee. The apartment is located just under 1 mile from Albir beach and seafront, and has several large supermarkets just a few mintues walk away. We had everything we needed for our self-catering holiday and hope to return again!

beautiful apartment very modern and clean. everything is so new snd works well. quiet and comfortable bed. can’t fault i

so clean and quiet. felt very safe here. all noise outside at a low level once the blinds pulled. the blinds shut out all light too. bed very comfortable and I slept so well there. washing machine and good internet. some U.K. channels. I didn’t get to the pool but it looked fab too. there are pool chairs in the apartment so no need to worry.

can’t think of anything. what would make it all better would be streaming channels.

Lovely quiet apartments with great clean outside pool. Aircon works great.

Currently construction of new apartments opposite so some slight noise. Hopefully complete by next summer.

Clean, quiet, well designed complex - will stay again

location was excellent - at top of town, about 15 minute walk to the beach. Near 3 supermarkets, and loads of restaurants. The Font Roja complex was clean and well maintained. Many of the "residents" are owner occupiers who bought nearly 20 years ago, and who obviously love it there. The apartment was clean and "Ikea" modern, spacious for us, a couple, with all mod cons - fridge freezer, oven and hob, washing machine etc, and most importantly during the unusually hot period we were there, aircon.

Trying to park the car outside the complex, on the surrounding road, was a bit hit and miss, but as we weren't using the car every day, once parked up we were OK.

Perfect choice for this price

Even this is not the best apartment in area that I have been visit,I put a 10 cause I had extremelly pleasent stay. I was sleeping like never before.All in all,apartment is very clean,very calm and with great host. Regarding the money,it's a great choice. Lot of space for parking outside of building and very,very important for me, perfect internet.

lovely stay

The property was so clean, modern and decorated very tastefully and was only 10 mins from the beach to walk into Albir. their is a supermarket literally round the corner that we got fresh bread every day. Just a minor thing I would of liked a full length mirror and maybe a list of where the water heater was and where the bedding is kept. But they were easily rectified and the host was wonderful and answered my questions straight away. I would definitely stay again.

Good place to have a sleepovers. Good amount of quality for You money

It is a popper place in a nice quiet town, not far from a very beautiful beach. Calm oasis to compare with Benidorm.

Fabulous, modern comfortable apartment.

Absolutely everything it was gorgeous the decor is beautiful with quality fixtures and fittings, in reality it’s even better than the photographs. Its quiet with a lovely pool and fabulous gardens everywhere is clean tidy and well maintained, but it’s only a short walk to all the restaurants shops and supermarket.

A pleasure to stay here.....

The host , Lola was very friendly and efficient , she brought the keys at the exact time specified . The appartment was large , well furnished and very clean . As far as untensils , you could not ask for more , everything was provided. All in all an excelent stay and experience. Would definately return the next time we are in the area.

Had trouble working out the electric hob so used oven and microwave which was ok apart from that everything was very good
