Girls in Amsterdam!!

Great hotel, fantastic price & a good location with trams into central nearby. Hotel some areas are still being refurbished so can look a bit cluttered/unfinished. However, the hotel is spotlessly clean, so I'm sure once completed, it'll be a 10. I would definitely return.

No cold milk is available, only packet cream powder. I appreciate it's common in Europe. However, it would have been nice to have been able to buy some from the vending machine. Rooms can be noisy.

HORRIBLE

Ubicación

Al llegar a la habitación estaba llena de mosquitos, por lo cual nos cambiaron a otra que si bien no se veían a la vista igual habían y salimos con varias picaduras de ahí Además, dejamos ropa para que la pudieran lavar y al entregarla arruinaron varias prendas blancas, las cuales quedaron de un color oscuro horrible. Al hablar esta situación en recepción, me indican que es un servicio externo y tengo que verlo con ellos, desentendiéndose por completo a pesar que el servicio yo lo hice con el hotel y es el hotel quien dice prestar ese servicio en booking. Al día siguiente no estaba la persona de la lavandería y el recepcionista me dice que fue mi culpa y que el servicio es externo. Vuelvo a indicar que es el hotel con quien yo hice la transacción y no con el externo. Finalmente me dijo que enviara un correo. Envié el correo y se desentendieron del tema, nuevamente culpándome a mí y diciendo que no me compensarían la ropa que se dañó. Arruinaron 1 short y 4 poleras y no se hicieron cargo, además me culparon a mí. Nunca me dijeron que era solo un tipo de ropa o que se poda dañar. Si sabían que eso pasarían no debieron haberla lavada o debieron advertirme

Good location but infested with mosquitos

Good location

The room was plagued with mosquitoes that we couldn’t get rid of at all. The room was boiling hot and only an ineffective and noisy electric fan was provided, which in a tiny cramped room still wasn’t effective. So it became necessary to open the window for about 30 minutes each day to let some cold air in. That resulted in a swarm of mosquitoes every day that would not leave - I alone received a total of 174 mosquito bites over three nights, and have had to go to the doctors or was that bad.

Bargain hotel in a great city

A basic room in a great location, bright and airy room, clean although a bit shabby. Comfortable bed, coffee making facilities with a kettle.

Broken floor tiles in the bathroom, one shower screen door missing toilet roll holder hanging off the wall!

Adecuada relación calidad-precio.

Tenían café en la recepción para poder tomar en cualquier momento del día muy rico. Limpieza diaria de la habitación. Cama, sábanas y almohadas perfectas. Toallas cambiadas a diario. Temperatura perfecta. Vistas a un jardín muy agradable.

Deberían invertir en cambiar los sanitarios (desagradable el fondo del wc, silicona de la ducha en zonas con moho) El armario de la ropa raquítico. Había una nevera q no funcionaba. Muy cerca de los museos, pero algo lejos del centro aunque super bien comunicado por transporte público.

Tornerei in questo hotel esclusivamente per la posizione, vicino ai musei in una zona tranquilla

Pro: posizione ottima vicino ai due musei principali, vicino ad un bel parco in una zona tranquilla.

La camera era senza aria condizionata e la pulizia era sufficiente (quando ho preso il ventilatore sopra un armadio ho trovato un dito di polvere). Il bagno era dignitoso.

Localização boa

Quartos pequenos, pra ficar muitos dias pode ser ruim. Cheiro de mofo no quarto e mosquitos pois tem um jardim ao lado. Cafe da manha simples e igual todos os dias. Alguns Funcionarios um pouco secos e ate rudes as vezes

Ta ulice je naprosto skvělá. Do centra pěšky kolem muzeí, v noci klid.

Naprosto skvělá poloha ubytování. Už jsem bydlela ve stejné ulici, ale v jiném hotelu a to místo je skvělé! Vše čisté a personál příjemný.

No, ceny ubytování v Amsterdamu jsou trošku vyšší, ale co se dá dělat. Když ho milujete… Akorát snídaně za Eur 16,50 už mi přišlo moc. V našem pokoji nebyla lednice. V jiném pokoji byla.

Every thing .. Staff was friendly and nice .. Coffe machine is great in the reciption .. Voondlparp is just 10 feet next to the door .. great location definitely i will recommend and i will go bk to this nice hotel .

Great place for a weekend trip

The location is perfect both to reach the main museums, parks and city centre too. There are not many things to do in the area itself (other than expensive boutiques) though. Also the bed was comfy and the room was very clean and quiet. It was a very good value for money.

There was not much space to stand and luggages. Also the bathroom was small and definitely requiring some little maintenance. However all was working well.

Amsterdam has great art and tourist experiences. Hotels are expensive for what you get.

Staff were very helpful. Located well. Elevator and breakfast okay.

Single room has added twin. No room for suitcases. Chair under desk couldn't be pulled out and used.

1 star. Don’t stay here.

Location is great, very close to transport and sight seeing. There is a nice park to walk through with a duck filled lake just down the street.

The staff at the front desk were terrible. Told us our room wasn’t ready without even asking our names or booking reference (so how did they know??). The bathroom had hairs on the wall and the shower flooded so you had to turn the tap off every 30 seconds and wait for it to drain. This is mentioned in reviews from 4 months ago so we thought it would have been fixed. It hasn’t. More of a hostel than a hotel. Wouldn’t recommend.
