Original et confortable

舒服的度假休息之地。

干净，配套有泳池、桑拿，房间浴缸，能缓解旅途的疲劳。

建议增加家庭亲子房间，因为一家三口住标准间太挤了，订两个房间不划算

Fantastisch hotel!

Mooie, ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel en een heel uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Het station ligt op wandelafstand en op 10min ben je in centrum Amsterdam.

Geen minpunten te melden.

I am sure I'll be back again for a longer stay!

Zaandam station is just 2 stops away from Amsterdam Central station. Hotel is just right outside the station and its really convenient. Primark and mc donalds are also next to hotel along with other food places to eat. Be sure to check out Zaanse Schans for it is also 2 stops away from Zaandam station. Room was comfortable and bed was a tad soft but still good.

Would have been nice if room service is available since restaurants are closed by 8 or 9pm. But bars are opened till 10 and mc donalds is just next to hotel so i guess it didnt make sense to keep hotel kitchen available 24/7?

Pretty hotel but needs to lift your game

Very quiet close to the train station only two stops from Amsterdam centre

Very basic room we had an issue on arrival as we had paid for breakfast but we were told there would be an extra fee. The room cleaning was not consistent. One day we were out of our room for 8 hours when we returned our room had not been cleaned. We wanted to rest so they just knocked on the door and gave us clean towels. Tea and coffee was not replaced. Only 2 paper cups were provided for our entire 10 day stay. Floors were dirty and bathroom wasn’t cleaned every day. Need to lift your game.

Great stay. Will be back

wonderful building! really unique area. Inside was clean and modern. I booked a single bed room, it had 2 single beds pushed together. Plenty of great pillows. Large room. Good air con. Shower and separate bath. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Small fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Great room for the price. Good breakfast, lots of options. Had an evening meal which was quick and delicious. Good wifi throughout the building

Nice weekend and place to sleep.

Location was good. Not in Amsterdam city center but close. Fitness area was nice and sauna.

I was disapointed of room cleaning. There was sand on the floor and even after cleaning it felt like nothing have been done exept bed sheets have nice in place but sand is still on the floor. Still looking for the correction to my invoicing. There were different pice charged that I had in my booking.com confirmation.

too expensive for the lack of hospitality

looked pretty on the outside and had a great pool, sauna and steam room

the staff at reception. took the longest time to check in (no queue, just a slow employee) who corrected me but then turned out to be wrong. i also booked a room with two single beds but when i arrived it was one double bed so i asked them for an extra duvet and they sent me a duvet and a duvet cover, so after paying lots of money to have the luxury of relaxing and having everything done for me for one night, i had to make my own bed because they made a mistake. i also asked for bathrobes and had to ask again hours later cause they forgot. it’s those kinda things that ruin your mood and whole stay. plus there’s a waterfall right outside the hotel, and it’s extremely loud - unless you’re very exhausted or medicated, you won’t fall asleep.

Pleasant stay.

The reception staff were friendly. The room was fine. Breakfast was plentiful. We were out all day so we didn’t hang around much.

The mattress was moving around quite a bit so not so comfortable. The room felt cold and there were no instructions on how the heating worked. No instructions on how to contact reception. Also, no instructions if there was a fire. When we asked staff where to eat the staff were not very forthcoming with information. We only found out where to go on our last day. This was at the end of the road outside the hotel.

Very good

The location was very good, just 15 minutes away from Amsterdam. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was big. everything was very clean.

The beds were a little too soft and it took a while until we could get used to these mattresses.

Great location...

Quirkiness, and the location with it only being a 10/20 min train ride into centre of Amsterdam. The room was a good size and the spa bath and sauna perfect recovery option for after the marathon.

It's tired and in need of a refurb. It seemed very noisy this time as well. We shouldn't really be able to hear every minute toilet habit of our neighbours, or plugs/switches that made it sound like they were always trying to come through the interconnecting door (which we weren't made aware of, otherwise we'd have not booked it). Room wasn't the cleanest with coffee up the pillar and what looked like cigarette ash in on the edge of the window in the bathroom. The bar and restaurant staff were not the most approachable either. And why do hotels put Inna Nespresso machine and then refuse to top it up daily? Either build in the capsules to the cost of the room or don't offer it.

The hotel was cute, quiet, and convenient

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It is easily accessible from the airport and Amsterdam Centraal Station. The hotel is easy to find with its distinctive style. The hotel is clean and the area around is quiet. It was a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam.

We had a slight issue with the television. It kept getting unplugged when the cleaning staff cleaned the room. It was not a big deal once we figured it out but it was a little unusual to have the television plugged into the floor rather than a wall.
